नीट एग्जाम का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच चुका है। यहां 20 हजार स्टूडेंट ने अपनी याचिका दायर की है। जिसमें उनका कहना है कि पहले रैंक पर 67 स्टूडेंट कैसे सेलेक्ट हुए। इतना ही नहीं 720 में से स्टूडेंट को 718 और 719 नंबर कैसे दिए। इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य सवाल भी स्टूडेंट द्वारा किए गए।
कोटा एजुकेशन एक्सपर्ट ने दायर की याचिका
कोटा के एजुकेशन एक्सपर्ट नितिन विजय ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है। उनका कहना है कि या तो परीक्षा का आयोजन ही दोबारा हो या फिर ग्रेसिंग मार्क खत्म किया जाए। नितिन विजय का कहना है कि यदि स्टूडेंट सारे सवाल सही करता तो उसे 720 नंबर मिलते और यदि उसका एक प्रश्न गलत होता तो माइनस मार्किंग की वजह से ज्यादा से ज्यादा 715 नंबर भी मिल पाए। इतना ही नहीं यदि स्टूडेंट एक प्रश्न भी छोड़ दे तो 716 नंबर ही बनते। लेकिन इस बार कई स्टूडेंट्स ने 720 में से 720 अंक हासिल किए थे।
जांच कमेटी की गठन नहीं
वहीं लगातार बढ़ रहे विरोध के बीच नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी ने इस परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी के आरोपाें की जांच करवाने के लिए कोई एक्सपर्ट कमेटी का गठन नहीं किया। अपने ही चेयरमैन को इसकी जांच सौंप दी गई।

Petition filed by Kota education expert
Kota education expert Nitin Vijay has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. He says that either the exam should be conducted again or the gracing mark should be abolished. Nitin Vijay says that if the student had answered all the questions correctly, he would have got 720 marks and if he had got one question wrong, then due to minus marking, he could have got a maximum of 715 marks. Not only this, if the student leaves even one question, then only 716 marks would have been made. But this time many students had scored 720 out of 720 marks.
No investigation committee formed
Amidst the growing protests, the National Testing Agency did not form any expert committee to investigate the allegations of irregularities in this examination. The investigation was handed over to its own chairman.
