बाड़मेर. पति और पत्नी के बीच लड़ाई झगड़े की हम कई कहानियां सुनते हैं लेकिन क्या आप कभी सोच सकते हैं कि इसी लड़ाई झगड़े के दौरान पत्नी के हाथों की चूड़ियां टूट जाए। इस बात को लेकर वह इतनी ज्यादा गुस्से में आ जाएगी कि अपने पति की हत्या ही कर दे। राजस्थान के बाड़मेर जिले में ठीक 2 साल पहले ऐसा ही हुआ था। अब मामले में कोर्ट के द्वारा आरोपी पत्नी को कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है।
पत्नी को आजीवन कारावास और 5 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना
बाड़मेर के अपर जिला एवं सेशन न्यायाधीश संख्या 2 के पीठासीन अधिकारी पीयूष चौधरी ने हत्या की आरोपी पत्नी मंजू को आजीवन कारावास और 5 हजार रुपए के आर्थिक दंड की सजा सुनाई है। मामले में लोक अभियोजक पूनम सिंह चौधरी बताती है कि 1 मार्च 2022 को कोतवाली थाने में मृतक के पिता ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई कि जब वह घर पर आए तो बेटे के सास और ससुर घर पर आए हुए थे। बहु मंजू और उसके माता-पिता ने मेरे बेटे को मारने की धमकी दी। इसके बाद बेटा अशोक उर्फ अनिल और उसकी पत्नी दोनों कमरे में चले गए। जानकारी के अनुसार मृतक पति किसी दूसरी महिला से संबंध में था और घर चलाने के लिए कोई काम भी नहीं करता था।
पत्नी ने की पति की हत्या
इसी बात को लेकर दोनों के बीच झगड़ा हुआ और इसी दौरान मंजू ने गला दबाकर बेटे अशोक की हत्या कर दी। क्योंकि लड़ाई के दौरान हुई हाथापाई में मंजू के हाथ की चूड़ियां टूट गई थी। इस मामले को लेकर पुलिस ने विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया। मामले में कुल 16 गवाह, 24 दस्तावेज और तीन आर्टिकल को कोर्ट में प्रदर्शित किया गया। दोनों पक्षों की बहस के बाद कोर्ट द्वारा डिसीजन लिया गया कि मामले में आरोपी पत्नी मंजू को आजीवन कारावास और 5 हजार रुपए के आर्थिक दंड की सजा सुनाई जाती है।
अब तीन बच्चों का कोई नहीं....
मामले में जब कोर्ट के द्वारा आरोपी महिला मंजू को सजा सुनाई गई तो वह मुंह लटका कर कोर्ट में काफी देर तक बैठी रही, इसके बाद पुलिस उसे जेल लेकर गई। इस पूरे मामले में महिला को तो सजा हो चुकी है, लेकिन महिला के तीन बच्चे जिनमें एक 8 साल की बेटी कोमल, 6 साल की दीक्षा और 4 साल के बेटे सम्राट के सिर से माता और पिता दोनों का ही साया उठ चुका है।

Presiding officer of Barmer Additional District and Sessions Judge No. 2, Piyush Chaudhary, has sentenced the wife Manju, accused of murder, to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5 thousand. In the case, Public Prosecutor Poonam Singh Chaudhary tells that on March 1, 2022, the father of the deceased lodged a report in the Kotwali police station that when he came home, the son's mother-in-law and father-in-law were at home. Daughter-in-law Manju and her parents threatened to kill my son. After this, both son Ashok alias Anil and his wife went to the room. According to the information, the deceased husband was in a relationship with another woman and did not do any work to run the house.
Wife killed husband
There was a fight between the two over this matter and during this time Manju killed son Ashok by strangulating him. Because during the fight, the bangles on Manju's hand were broken. Regarding this matter, the police registered a case under various sections. A total of 16 witnesses, 24 documents and three articles were displayed in the court. After the debate of both the sides, the decision was taken by the court that the accused wife Manju is sentenced to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5 thousand.
Now the three children have no one....
When the accused woman Manju was sentenced by the court in the case, she sat in the court for a long time with a sad face, after which the police took her to jail. In this entire case, the woman has been punished, but her three children, an 8-year-old daughter Komal, 6-year-old Diksha and 4-year-old son Samrat, have lost the protection of both their mother and father.
