बीकानेर। हत्या के मामले में गवाह को वारंट कोर्ट में तामील नहीं होने पर न्यायालय ने सख्त नाराजगी जताई और एसएचओ को कहा कि गवाह नहीं मिल रहा है तो सेना की मदद ले लो। दरअसल मामला महाजन के रामबाग क्षेत्र में वर्ष 2023 के जनवरी राकेश जाट की हत्या से जुड़ा है। इस मामले में थोन का एक कांस्टेबल पूनमचंद गवाह है
जो कि कोर्ट में पेश नहीं हुआ तो कोर्ट ने 5 जून को उसका जमानती वारंट जारी किया। उसे 29-30 जुलाई को तलब किया गया। लेकिन, तारीख पेशी पर ना तो वारंट तामील लौटा और ना ही बिना तामील किए लाया गया। इससे नाराज कोर्ट के पीठासीन अधिकारी ने 12 अगस्त को महाजन पुलिस थाने के एसएचओ की जमकर खिंचाई की और स्पष्टीकरण मांग लिया।
कोर्ट ने कहा कि एसएचओ अपने कर्तव्य के प्रति उदासीन है व कार्य करने में असक्षम हैं। अपने अधीनस्थ कांस्टेबल से गवाह की तामील नहीं करवा सके तो सेना की मदद से तामील करावें। सेना की मदद लेने की रिपोर्ट कोर्ट को उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
जिसेक बाद महाजन पुलिस थाने के एसएचओ ने कोर्ट में अपना स्पष्टीकरण दिया और कहा कि भविष्य में ऐसी लापरवाही नहीं की जाएगी। इसका पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएगा।

Angered by this, the presiding officer of the court on August 12 reprimanded the SHO of Mahajan police station and sought an explanation.
The court said that the SHO is indifferent to his duty and is incapable of working. If you cannot get the witness served by your subordinate constable, then get it served with the help of the army. The report of taking the help of the army should be made available to the court.
After which the SHO of Mahajan police station gave his explanation in the court and said that such negligence will not be repeated in future. This will be taken care of completely.
