राजस्थान की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे (Vasundhara Raje) बुधवार दोपहर भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) के वरिष्ठ नेता श्रीकृष्ण पाटीदार (Shree Krishan Patidar) की तेहरवी में भावुक हो गईं. उन्होंने झालावाड़ जिले के 11 बार बीजेपी जिला अध्यक्ष रहे पाटीदार को याद करते हुए कहा, 'जब से झालावाड़ आई हूं, श्रीकृष्ण पाटीदार का हमेशा साथ रहा. वो कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर साथ चले. यहां तक की चुनाव के वक्त भी मुझे यहां आने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती थी. पाटीदार बाबूजी सारा कामकाज संभाल लेते थे.'
 
'वे मेरे परिवार के सदस्य जैसे थे'
राजे ने कहा, 'उनके रहते मुझे किसी बात की परेशानी नहीं रहती थी. वे हमेशा साथ खड़े रहने वाले नेता थे. सभी 36 कोमों के प्रिय थे. राजनीतिक क्षेत्र हो या सामाजिक क्षेत्र, वे हमेशा अपना योगदान देते थे. उनके जाने से झालावाड़ जिले को उनकी कमी को खलेगी. वो मेरे परिवार के एक सदस्य जैसे थे. उनको सदेव याद किया जाएगा.' इसके बाद पूर्व सीएम राजे ने श्रीकृष्ण पाटीदार के चित्र पर फूल चढ़ाए और फिर उनके पुत्रों को टिका लगाकर पगड़ी रस्म में भी शामिल हुईं. इस दौरान की कुछ तस्वीरें भी सामने आई हैं, जिसमें राजे लोगों के साथ जमीन पर बैठी हुई नजर आ रही हैं.
 
'मैंने अपना एक भाई खो दिया'
वसुंधरा राजे के सबसे करीबी नेता माने जाने वाले श्रीकृष्ण पाटीदार का 26 अगस्त 2024 को लंबी बीमारी के चलते 77 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन हो गया था. भाजपा में उन्हें सभी लोग बाबूजी कहकर संबोधित करते थे. झालावाड़ की राजनीति में उनका अहम योगदान रहा है. शनिवार के दिन करीब 11:30 बजे जब उनके निधन की सूचना मिली तो राजे को बड़ा झटका लगा. उन्होंने एक्स पर लिखा, 'पूर्व मंत्री और भाजपा के समर्पित नेता श्रीकृष्ण पाटीदार जी के निधन का समाचार सुनकर मुझे गहरा आघात लगा है. ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे मैंने अपने एक भाई को खो दिया. मेरे लिए पाटीदार जी का निधन अपूरणीय क्षति है.'

Remembering Patidar, who was the BJP district president of Jhalawar district for 11 times, she said, 'Ever since I came to Jhalawar, Shri Krishna Patidar has always been with me. He walked shoulder to shoulder with me. Even during elections, I did not need to come here. Patidar Babuji used to take care of all the work.'
 
'He was like a member of my family'
 
Raje said, 'I never had any problem with him. He was a leader who always stood with me. He was loved by all 36 communities. Be it political field or social field, he always contributed. Jhalawar district will miss him with his departure. He was like a member of my family. He will always be remembered.' After this, former CM Raje offered flowers to the picture of Shrikrishna Patidar and then participated in the turban ceremony by applying tilak to his sons. 'I lost one of my brothers'
 
Shrikrishna Patidar, considered to be the closest leader of Vasundhara Raje, died on 26 August 2024 at the age of 77 due to prolonged illness. Everyone in the BJP addressed him as Babuji. He has made an important contribution to the politics of Jhalawar. When the news of his death was received at around 11:30 am on Saturday, Raje got a big shock. She wrote on Instagram, 'I am deeply shocked to hear the news of the death of former minister and dedicated BJP leader Shrikrishna Patidar ji. It feels like I have lost one of my brothers. Patidar ji's death is an irreparable loss for me.'
