बीकानेर जिले के लूणकरणसर तहसील से बुधवार देर रात एक दुखद हादसा सामने आया। महाजन–मोखमपुरा मार्ग पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 62 पर एक तेज रफ्तार कार अनियंत्रित होकर पेड़ से जा टकराई। हादसा रात लगभग तीन बजे हुआ, जब चार युवक जैसलमेर की ओर जा रहे थे। टक्कर इतनी जबरदस्त थी कि कार का अगला हिस्सा पूरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया और अंदर बैठे युवक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।

सूचना मिलते ही महाजन पुलिस और 108 एंबुलेंस मौके पर पहुंची और राहत कार्य शुरू किया। घायलों को तुरंत महाजन अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने अरविंद पुत्र गजेंद्र सिंह (उम्र 25 वर्ष, निवासी हनुमानगढ़, जाति राजपूत) को मृत घोषित कर दिया। बाकी तीन युवकों की स्थिति नाजुक थी, इसलिए प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उन्हें बीकानेर रेफर कर दिया गया।

तीनों घायलों को 108 एंबुलेंस प्रभारी नरेंद्र शर्मा और टीम ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए सुरक्षित बीकानेर पहुंचाया। मौके पर लोगों ने एंबुलेंस स्टाफ की तेजी से की गई कार्रवाई की सराहना की, क्योंकि देर रात हाईवे पर हादसों में त्वरित मदद मिलना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती होती है।

हादसे का कारण क्या?

प्राथमिक जांच में पुलिस को इस बात के संकेत मिले हैं कि कार की रफ्तार काफी ज्यादा थी। अंधेरा और तेज रफ्तार के कारण वाहन चालक ने नियंत्रण खो दिया और कार सड़क किनारे खड़े पेड़ से जा भिड़ी। वाहन में मौजूद सभी युवक हनुमानगढ़ जिले के रहने वाले बताए जा रहे हैं और वे किसी काम से जैसलमेर की ओर जा रहे थे।

पुलिस ने कार को कब्जे में लेकर दुर्घटना के सही कारणों की जांच शुरू कर दी है। घटनास्थल की तस्वीरें और वाहन की स्थिति देखकर यह साफ है कि टक्कर काफी भयंकर थी।

घटना ने परिवार में शोक की लहर फैलाई

अचानक हुई इस दुर्घटना ने मृतक अरविंद के परिवार को गहरे सदमे में डाल दिया है। युवा उम्र में मौत से गाँव में भी शोक का माहौल है।

Tragic accident on the Mahajan-Mokhampura road: A speeding car crashed into a tree, killing one young man and injuring three others.

A tragic accident occurred late Wednesday night in Lunkaransar tehsil of Bikaner district. A speeding car lost control and crashed into a tree on National Highway 62 on the Mahajan-Mokhampura road. The accident happened around 3 AM when four young men were traveling towards Jaisalmer. The collision was so severe that the front of the car was completely destroyed, and the occupants sustained serious injuries.

Upon receiving the information, Mahajan police and a 108 ambulance arrived at the scene and began rescue operations. The injured were immediately taken to Mahajan hospital, where doctors declared Arvind, son of Gajendra Singh (25 years old, resident of Hanumangarh, Rajput caste), dead. The condition of the other three young men was critical, so after initial treatment, they were referred to Bikaner.

The 108 ambulance in-charge Narendra Sharma and his team promptly and safely transported the three injured to Bikaner. People at the scene appreciated the swift action of the ambulance staff, as getting quick assistance in accidents on the highway late at night is a major challenge.

What caused the accident?
Preliminary investigations indicate that the car was traveling at a very high speed. Due to the darkness and high speed, the driver lost control, and the car crashed into a tree on the side of the road. All the young men in the vehicle are reportedly residents of Hanumangarh district and were going to Jaisalmer for some work.

The police have seized the car and started an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident. The pictures of the accident site and the condition of the vehicle clearly show that the collision was very severe.

Increasing number of accidents in the area
The Mahajan-Mokhampura road and NH-62 are prone to accidents due to speeding. Local residents are repeatedly demanding that:

The incident has cast a pall of grief over the family.
This sudden accident has left the family of the deceased, Arvind, in deep shock. His untimely death has also created a somber atmosphere in the village.
