नोखा थाना क्षेत्र में एक हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां शादी का झांसा देकर युवक से रुपए ठगने का आरोप लगा है। पुलिस ने पीड़ित की शिकायत पर पंजाब और नोखा के चार लोगों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज किया है। पीड़ित की शिकायत के बाद पुलिस ने गंभीरता से जांच शुरू कर दी है।

लखारा शिव मंदिर के पास रहने वाले कमल लखारा ने पुलिस को दी गई रिपोर्ट में बताया कि आरोपियों ने मिलकर उसके साथ छलपूर्वक शादी का नाटक रचा। कमल के अनुसार, पंजाब निवासी पुनम पुत्र भूपराम, लखारा शिव मंदिर क्षेत्र में रहने वाले मालचंद पुत्र फरसाराम, नीतू पत्नी मालचंद और भूपराम निवासी पंजाब ने सुनियोजित तरीके से उससे शादी का वादा किया और उसी विश्वास का फायदा उठाते हुए उससे रुपए ठग लिए।

पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया कि आरोपियों ने पहले तो लड़की पुनम के साथ उसकी शादी तय कराई, बाद में विभिन्न बहानों से रुपए लेने शुरू कर दिए। कभी शादी की तैयारी के नाम पर, तो कभी अन्य खर्चों के नाम पर उससे बड़ी रकम वसूली गई। पीड़ित का कहना है कि वह कई महीनों तक भ्रम में रखा गया और जब उसे शक हुआ, तब जाकर पूरी कहानी सामने आई।

कमल लखारा ने बताया कि शादी की तिथि आगे बढ़ाई जाती रही और आरोपियों ने धीरे-धीरे उससे हजारों रुपए हथिया लिए। जब अंत में उसने शादी की अंतिम व्यवस्था करने की बात कही, तो आरोपियों ने साफ इनकार कर दिया और उसे धमकाना शुरू कर दिया। इसके बाद पीड़ित ने नोखा पुलिस थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई।

पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और अब जांच एएसआई जेठाराम को सौंपी गई है। पुलिस का कहना है कि यह एक बड़ा षड्यंत्र प्रतीत हो रहा है और आरोपियों ने पहले भी किसी और को इसी तरह निशाना बनाया हो सकता है। इस दिशा में भी जांच की जा रही है।

स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि नोखा क्षेत्र में पिछले कुछ समय से धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में बढ़ोतरी हुई है, जिनमें शादी और नौकरी के नाम पर ठगी के मामले अधिक सामने आ रहे हैं।

जांच अधिकारी एएसआई जेठाराम ने बताया कि पीड़ित के बयान दर्ज कर लिए गए हैं और आरोपियों के खिलाफ साक्ष्य जुटाए जा रहे हैं। आवश्यक होने पर पुलिस आरोपियों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ भी करेगी।

यह मामला नोखा क्षेत्र में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है और लोग शादी के नाम पर बढ़ रही ठगी की घटनाओं को लेकर चिंता व्यक्त कर रहे हैं।

According to Kamal, Poonam, son of Bhuparam, a resident of Punjab, Malchand, son of Farsaram, who lives in the Lakhara Shiva Temple area, Neetu, wife of Malchand, and Bhuparam, a resident of Punjab, deliberately promised him marriage and, taking advantage of his trust, defrauded him of money.

The victim alleged that the accused first arranged his marriage with Poonam, and later began extorting money from him under various pretexts. Large sums were extorted from him, sometimes under the pretext of wedding preparations and sometimes under the pretext of other expenses. The victim says he was kept in the dark for several months, and only when he became suspicious did the whole story come to light.

Kamal Lakhara explained that the wedding date was kept being postponed, and the accused gradually siphoned thousands of rupees from him. When he finally offered to make the final arrangements, the accused flatly refused and began threatening him. Following this, the victim filed a report at the Nokha police station.

The police have registered a case, and the investigation has now been handed over to ASI Jetharam. Police say this appears to be a major conspiracy and that the accused may have targeted others in a similar manner before. Investigations are underway in this area.

Locals say there has been an increase in fraud cases in the Nokha area recently, with more cases of fraud being reported in the name of marriage and employment.

Investigating officer ASI Jetharam stated that the victim's statement has been recorded and evidence is being gathered against the accused. If necessary, the police will also detain and interrogate the accused.
