बीकानेर पूगल रोड मूंगफली केंद्र पर बड़ा भ्रष्टाचार उजागर, किसानों से 3–8 हजार रुपये तक वसूले जाने के आरोप

बीकानेर। पूगल रोड स्थित ऊन मंडी मूंगफली खरीद केंद्र में गुरुवार को बड़ा विवाद सामने आया, जब किसानों ने आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र पर तुलाई के नाम पर खुले तौर पर पैसों की वसूली की जा रही है। किसानों का कहना है कि जब तक वे पैसे नहीं देते, उनकी मूंगफली की तुलाई नहीं की जाती। शिकायत मिलते ही क्षेत्रीय विधायक जेठानंद व्यास स्वयं मौके पर पहुंचे और स्थिति का जायजा लिया।

विधायक व्यास ने बताया कि वे जनसुनवाई के दौरान थे जब कई किसानों ने शिकायत की कि मूंगफली खरीद केंद्र पर ठेकेदार और राजफेड कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रति किसान तीन हजार से आठ हजार रुपये तक लिए जा रहे हैं। कुछ किसानों ने बताया कि उनसे आठ हजार रुपये मांगे गए, किसी से पांच हजार जबकि कई किसानों से तीन हजार रुपये लेकर ही तुलाई की गई। जिन किसानों के पास पैसे नहीं थे, उनकी मूंगफली को नजरअंदाज कर दिया गया और तुलाई नहीं की गई।

व्यास ने बताया कि केंद्र पर पहुंचने के बाद बड़ी संख्या में किसानों ने अपनी व्यथा सुनाई। इससे यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि केंद्र पर लंबे समय से खुलेआम भ्रष्टाचार चल रहा है। तत्काल प्रभाव से उन्होंने कृषि मंत्री, संभागीय आयुक्त, जिला कलेक्टर और संबंधित अधिकारियों से फोन पर बात कर पूरे मामले की जानकारी दी और तुरंत कार्रवाई की मांग की।

किसानों के आक्रोश बढ़ने के बाद फिलहाल खरीद केंद्र पर तुलाई प्रक्रिया रोक दी गई है। अधिकारी भी मौके पर पहुंचने लगे हैं और स्थिति की समीक्षा की जा रही है। उम्मीद है कि जांच के बाद कार्रवाई तय होगी।
किसानों ने यह भी बताया कि टोकन सिस्टम पहले ही परेशानी बढ़ा रहा है, कई दिनों की प्रतीक्षा के बाद टोकन मिलता है, और जब तुलाई की बारी आती है तो रुपए मांगे जाते हैं। इससे किसान मजबूरी में दलालों और भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों के बीच फंस रहे हैं। किसान इसे शोषण और धोखाधड़ी करार दे रहे हैं।

घटना के बाद सोशल मीडिया पर भी मामला तेज हो गया है। कई किसान वीडियो और बयान साझा कर रहे हैं, जिससे केंद्र की कार्यप्रणाली पर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। कई किसान इस व्यवस्था को बदलने और पारदर्शिता लाने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

विधायक ने आश्वासन दिया कि किसानों का शोषण बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और दोषियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी। यदि जरूरत पड़ी तो उच्चस्तरीय जांच की मांग भी की जाएगी। खरीद केंद्र पर अब प्रशासन की निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है।

यह मामला एक बार फिर दर्शाता है कि समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद के दौरान पारदर्शिता और नियंत्रण का महत्व कितना जरूरी है। किसानों की मेहनत से उपजी फसल जब भष्टाचार की जाल में फंसती है, तो उनकी आर्थिक हानि के साथ विश्वास भी टूटता है। अब देखना यह है कि जांच के बाद कार्यवाही कितनी तेज होती है और किसानों को न्याय कब मिलता है।

The farmers claimed that their groundnuts were not weighed unless they paid the bribe. Upon receiving the complaint, local MLA Jethanand Vyas himself reached the spot and assessed the situation.

MLA Vyas said that he was attending a public hearing when several farmers complained that contractors and Rajfed employees at the groundnut procurement center were demanding between three thousand and eight thousand rupees from each farmer. Some farmers said they were asked for eight thousand rupees, some for five thousand, while many were charged three thousand rupees for weighing their produce. The farmers who did not have the money had their groundnuts ignored and were not allowed to have them weighed.

Vyas said that after reaching the center, a large number of farmers narrated their grievances. This made it clear that open corruption had been rampant at the center for a long time. He immediately contacted the Agriculture Minister, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector, and other concerned officials by phone, informed them about the entire matter, and demanded immediate action.

Following the increase in farmers' anger, the weighing process at the procurement center has been temporarily suspended. Officials have also started arriving at the spot, and the situation is being reviewed. It is expected that action will be taken after the investigation.
The farmers also stated that the token system was already causing problems, with tokens being issued only after several days of waiting, and then money being demanded when it was their turn to have their produce weighed. This is forcing farmers into the clutches of middlemen and corrupt employees. The farmers are calling this exploitation and fraud.

The incident has also gained momentum on social media. Several farmers are sharing videos and statements, raising questions about the functioning of the center. Many farmers are demanding a change in this system and greater transparency.

The MLA assured that the exploitation of farmers would not be tolerated and strict action would be taken against the culprits. If necessary, a high-level inquiry would also be demanded. Security and surveillance have been increased at the procurement center.

This incident once again highlights the crucial importance of transparency and control during procurement at minimum support prices. When the crops grown through the hard work of farmers fall prey to corruption, it not only results in financial loss but also erodes their trust.
