कोचिंग सिटी कोटा में इस बार जो हो रहा है वह इससे पहले कभी नहीं हुआ। कोटा में उल्टी गंगा बह रही है और मामला प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों तक पहुंच गया है। हॉस्टल और पीजी के मालिकों और लीज होल्डर्स का विवाद बढ़ रहा है। विवाद का असली कारण वही बच्चे हैं जो हर साल कोटा में आते हैं। लेकिन इस बार कोटा में बच्चों की संख्या कम होने के कारण लीज वालों और प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों के बीच विवाद गहरा रहा है।

कोटा में बच्चों से 200 करोड़ की आय
दरअसल कोटा में हर साल करीब दो साल बच्चे कोचिंग के लिए आते हैं। कोचिंग, पीजी, रहना, खाना - पीना मिलाकर हर बच्चे के करीब बारह से पंद्रह हजार रूपए खर्च होते हैं। ऐसे में हर महीने करीब दो सौ पचास से तीन सौ करोड़ का रेवेन्यू वहां जनरेट होता है। लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों से हर साल कोटा में कोचिंग करने वाले बच्चों के सुसाइड मामले बढ़ने के कारण इस बार परिवार अपने बच्चों को कोटा भेजने से कतरा रहे हैं।

कोटा की  घटनाओं से डरे कोचिंग और रहवासी
कोटा में एक लीज होल्डर सुमित का कहना है कि मैने एक मकान मालिक से उनकी तीन मंजिल की प्रॉपर्टी तीन साल के लिए लीज पर ली थी। हर साल उनको दो से ढाई लाख रूपए का किराया दे रहा था, लेकिन इस बार बच्चे कम होने के कारण किराया ही नहीं निकल पा रहा है। मेरी खुद की कमाई तो बहुत दूर की बात है। कोटा में इसी तरह से हजारों लोगों ने लोकल प्रॉपर्टी को लीज पर लेकर उसे पीजी या हॉस्टल में तब्दील किया है। लेकिन इस बार विवाद हो रहा है।
