JDU, BJP , LJP(R)... बिहार से किस पार्टी के मोदी कैबिनेट में कितने मंत्री? आखिर बन गया फॉर्मूला!

नरेंद्र मोदी प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में अपने लगातार तीसरे कार्यकाल के लिए तैयार हैं. राष्ट्रपति भवन में कल शाम वह अपने मंत्रिमंडल के साथ शपथ ग्रहण करेंगे. बिहार से केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में कौन-कौन शामिल होगा इसका फॉर्मूला एनडीए के स्थानीय नेताओं ने तैयार कर लिया है. बता दें कि बिहार में बीजेपी, जदयू के अलावा चिराग पासवान की पार्टी लोजपा (रामविलास), जीतन राम मांझी की हिन्दुस्तानी आवाम मोर्चा (सेक्युलर) और उपेंद्र कुशवाहा की राष्ट्रीय लोक मार्चा शामिल हैं. हालांकि, आरएलएम काराकाट सीट नहीं जीत सकी, जहां से उसके नेता उपेंद्र कुशवाहा एनडीए के आधिकारिक उम्मीदवार थे.

अब जो खबर सामने आ रही है उसके मुताबिक बिहार सरकार में जिस फॉर्मूला पर मंत्रिपरिषद का गठन हुआ है, केंद्र में भी उसी तर्ज पर मंत्री बनाए जाएंगे. यानी बिहार बीजेपी के जितने सांसद मंत्री बनेंगे, उतने ही जदयू के सांसद भी मंत्री बनेंगे. जेडीयू और बीजेपी अलग-अलग जातीय समीकरण के हिसाब से मंत्री पद के लिए अपने सांसदों का चयन करेंगे.  उदाहरण के तौर पर यदि बीजेपी कोटे से यादव जाति का कोई सांसद मंत्री बनाया जाएगा तो जेडीयू का कोई यादव सांसद मंत्री नहीं बनेगा. एलजेपी और हम को 1-1 मंत्री पद मिलेगा. बिहार में एनडीए ने 40 में से 30 सीटें जीती हैं. इनमें भाजपा की 12, जदयू की 12, लोजपा (रामविलास) की 5 और हम (सेक्युलर) की 1 सीट शामिल है. 

केंद्र सरकार में बढ़ेगा बिहार-आंध्र का प्रतिनिधित्व
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली नई मंत्रिपरिषद में बिहार और आंध्र प्रदेश का अधिक प्रतिनिधित्व हो सकता है. हालांकि, सरकार में उत्तर प्रदेश का प्रतिनिधित्व कम हो सकता है, क्योंकि यहां भाजपा की 29 सीटें कम हुई हैं. मोदी सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल में 72-सदस्यीय मंत्रिपरिषद में, यूपी के 13 सांसद मंत्री थे. इनमें से इस बार स्मृति ईरानी, महेंद्र नाथ पांडे, संजीव बालियान, कौशल किशोर जैसे कुछ मंत्रियों को हार का सामना करना पड़ा है. महाराष्ट्र में निवर्तमान मंत्रिपरिषद में 9 मंत्री थे. 

महाराष्ट्र-यूपी से कम हो सकती है मंत्रियों की संख्या
महाराष्ट्र में इस बार एनडीए 48 सीटों में से केवल 17 सीटें ही जीत सका. वहीं 2019 में एनडीए (अविभाजित शिवसेना और बीजेपी) ने 42 सीटें (अमरावती सहित जहां एनडीए समर्थित उम्मीदवार ने जीत हासिल की थी) जीती थीं. सूत्रों की मानें तो लोकसभा में 12 और राज्यसभा में 4 सांसदों वाला जनता दल (यूनाइटेड) केंद्र की एनडीए सरकार में रेलवे, ग्रामीण विकास और पंचायती राज विभाग चाहता है. जेडीयू के राज्यसभा सांसदों में संजय कुमार झा शामिल हैं, जो बुधवार को एनडीए नेताओं की बैठक में बिहार के सीएम नीतीश कुमार के साथ थे.

इन JDU सांसदों को केंद्र में बनाया जा सकता है मंत्री
बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री कर्पूर ठाकुर के बेटे रामनाथ ठाकुर भी एनडीए की बैठक में शामिल थे. हरिवंश जेडीयू के चार राज्यसभा सांसदों में से एक हैं और चूंकि वह राज्यसभा के उपसभापति हैं इसलिए वह मंत्री पद की दावेदारी में नहीं हैं. जदयू के जिन सांसदों को केंद्र में मंत्री बनाया जा सकता है, उनमें राजीव रंजन 'ललन' सिंह और कौशलेंद्र कुमार शामिल हैं. बता दें कि ललन सिंह मुंगेर से जीते हैं, जबकि कौशलेंद्र कुमार बिहार के सीएम नीतीश के गृह जिले नालंदा से जीतकर लोकसभा पहुंचे हैं. हिंदुस्तानी अवाम मोर्चा (सेक्युलर) के मुखिया और बिहार के पूर्व सीएम जीतन राम मांझी गया से चुनकर लोकसभा में पहुंचे हैं और उन्हें भी मोदी सरकार में जगह मिल सकती है.

चिराग पासवान मोदी 3.0 सरकार में बन सकते हैं मंत्री
लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी (रामविलास) के चिराग पासवान को कैबिनेट में जगह मिल सकती है. हालांकि, चिराग ने कहा है कि उनकी पार्टी का बीजेपी और पीएम मोदी को बिना शर्त समर्थन है. एलजेपी (आरवी) ने बिहार में अपने खाते की सभी 5 लोकसभा सीटें जीती हैं. शुक्रवार को एनडीए संसदीय दल की बैठक में तेलुगु देशम पार्टी (टीडीपी) के अध्यक्ष एन चंद्रबाबू नायडू और बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने एनडीए के नेता के रूप में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नाम का समर्थन किया. नीतीश ने उम्मीद जताई कि पीएम बिहार के विकास का ध्यान रखेंगे.

The local leaders of NDA have prepared the formula of who will be included in the Union Cabinet from Bihar. Let us tell you that apart from BJP, JDU, Chirag Paswan's party LJP (Ram Vilas), Jitan Ram Manjhi's Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and Upendra Kushwaha's Rashtriya Lok Morcha are included in Bihar. However, RLM could not win the Karakat seat, from where its leader Upendra Kushwaha was the official candidate of NDA.

According to the news that is coming out now, the formula on which the council of ministers has been formed in the Bihar government, ministers will be made on the same lines at the center. That is, as many MPs of Bihar BJP will become ministers, the same number of JDU MPs will also become ministers. JDU and BJP will select their MPs for the ministerial post according to different caste equations. For example, if a Yadav MP from BJP quota is made a minister, then no Yadav MP from JDU will become a minister. LJP and HAM will get one ministerial post each. In Bihar, NDA has won 30 out of 40 seats. These include 12 seats of BJP, 12 of JDU, 5 of LJP (Ram Vilas) and 1 seat of HAM (Secular).

Representation of Bihar-Andhra will increase in the central government

Bihar and Andhra Pradesh may have more representation in the new cabinet led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, Uttar Pradesh's representation may be less in the government, as BJP has lost 29 seats here. In the 72-member cabinet in the second term of Modi government, 13 MPs from UP were ministers. Out of these, some ministers like Smriti Irani, Mahendra Nath Pandey, Sanjeev Baliyan, Kaushal Kishore have faced defeat this time. There were 9 ministers in the outgoing cabinet in Maharashtra.

Number of ministers may be less than Maharashtra-UP
This time NDA could win only 17 out of 48 seats in Maharashtra. Whereas in 2019, NDA (undivided Shiv Sena and BJP) won 42 seats (including Amravati where NDA-supported candidate won). If sources are to be believed, Janata Dal (United), which has 12 MPs in Lok Sabha and 4 MPs in Rajya Sabha, wants Railways, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj departments in the NDA government at the Center. JDU Rajya Sabha MPs include Sanjay Kumar Jha, who was with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in the meeting of NDA leaders on Wednesday.

These JDU MPs can be made ministers at the Center

Ramnath Thakur, son of former Bihar Chief Minister Karpoor Thakur, was also present in the NDA meeting. Harivansh is one of the four Rajya Sabha MPs of JDU and since he is the Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, he is not in the race for the ministerial post. JDU MPs who can be made ministers at the Center include Rajiv Ranjan 'Lalan' Singh and Kaushalendra Kumar. Let us tell you that Lallan Singh has won from Munger, while Kaushalendra Kumar has reached the Lok Sabha by winning from Bihar CM Nitish's home district Nalanda. Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) chief and former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi has reached the Lok Sabha by getting elected from Gaya and he can also get a place in the Modi government.

Chirag Paswan can become a minister in Modi 3.0 government

Chirag Paswan of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) can get a place in the cabinet. However, Chirag has said that his party has unconditional support to BJP and PM Modi. LJP (RV) has won all 5 Lok Sabha seats of its account in Bihar. In the NDA parliamentary party meeting on Friday, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President N Chandrababu Naidu and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar supported the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the leader of the NDA. Nitish expressed hope that the PM will take care of the development of Bihar.
