बीकानेर: गंदगी और जलभराव के खिलाफ जनवादी महिला समिति का जोरदार प्रदर्शन, कलेक्टर को सौंपा ज्ञापन

अखिल भारतीय जनवादी महिला समिति की बांद्रा बास इकाई ने आज क्षेत्र में व्याप्त गंदगी, सीवरेज ओवरफ्लो और जलभराव की समस्या को लेकर जोरदार प्रदर्शन किया। समिति की राज्य महासचिव डॉ. सीमा जैन के नेतृत्व में महिलाओं ने जिला कलेक्टर को ज्ञापन सौंपकर समस्या के त्वरित समाधान की मांग की।

ज्ञापन में बताया गया कि वार्ड नम्बर 26, सवा लखी की तलाई क्षेत्र में गंदा पानी घरों में घुस रहा है और खुले पड़े नालों से कीचड़ एवं दुर्गंध फैल रही है। मच्छरों के प्रकोप से बीमारियां तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं, जिससे स्थानीय निवासियों में भय और आक्रोश दोनों बढ़ रहे हैं।

डॉ. जैन ने कहा कि बरसात के मौसम में यह समस्या और भी गंभीर हो जाएगी, जिससे लोगों का जीवन खतरे में पड़ सकता है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अगर जल्द ही समाधान नहीं हुआ, तो महिलाएं धरने पर बैठने को मजबूर होंगी।

प्रदर्शन को संबोधित करते हुए जिला अध्यक्ष शारदा सियाग ने प्रशासन से तुरंत क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक कदम उठाने की मांग की।

प्रदर्शन में जिला सचिव फरजाना, उपाध्यक्ष उर्मिला बिश्नोई, संयुक्त सचिव रमजानी, जुम्मी बानो, हाजरा बानो सहित कई महिलाएं मौजूद रही। सभी ने एक स्वर में कहा कि जब तक समस्या का समाधान नहीं होता, तब तक संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।

Bikaner: Janwadi Mahila Samiti's strong protest against dirt and waterlogging, submitted memorandum to the collector

Bikaner, June 30, 2025.

The Bandra Bass unit of All India Janwadi Mahila Samiti today held a strong protest against the problem of dirt, sewerage overflow and waterlogging prevailing in the area. Led by the state general secretary of the committee, Dr. Seema Jain, the women submitted a memorandum to the District Collector demanding an immediate solution to the problem.

It was told in the memorandum that in Ward No. 26, Sawa Lakhi Ki Talai area, dirty water is entering the houses and mud and foul smell are spreading from the open drains. Diseases are increasing rapidly due to the outbreak of mosquitoes, due to which both fear and anger are increasing among the local residents.

Dr. Jain said that this problem will become even more serious during the rainy season, which may endanger the lives of the people. He warned that if the solution is not found soon, the women will be forced to sit on a dharna.

Addressing the protest, District President Sharda Siyag demanded the administration to immediately inspect the area and take necessary steps.

Many women including District Secretary Farzana, Vice President Urmila Bishnoi, Joint Secretary Ramzani, Jummi Bano, Hajra Bano were present in the protest. Everyone said in one voice that the struggle will continue until the problem is resolved.
