राजस्थान पुलिस का बड़ा एक्शन, ड्रग ट्रैफिकिंगमादक से जुड़े 476 अपराधी गिरफ्तार, 34.97 करोड़ के मादक पदार्थ जब्त

राजस्थान में नशाखोरी पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए पुलिस मुख्यालय के निर्देशन में गत 15 मई से संचालित विशेष अभियान में सभी जिलों में प्रभावी कार्यवाही करते हुए बड़ी तादाद में मादक पदार्थों की जब्ती करते हुए इनकी तस्करी से जुड़े अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. पुलिस महानिदेशक (डीजीपी)  उत्कल रंजन साहू ने बताया कि इस विशेष अभियान के तहत अब तक प्रदेशभर में 445 प्रकरणों में 476 व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार करते हुए 34.97 करोड़ रुपये के मादक पदार्थों को जब्त किया गया है, जिसमें मादक पदार्थों के उद्गम स्रोत पर भी कार्रवाई की गई है.

कार्रवाई के दौरान क्या-क्या मिला?
उन्होंने बताया कि इस अभियान के तहत प्रदेष में 14.55 लाख किलोग्राम डोडा पोस्त, 1411 किलोग्राम डोडा, 197 किलोग्राम गांजा, 31 किलोग्राम गांजे के पौधे, 36 किलोग्राम अफीम, 9.7 किलोग्राम स्मैक, 3 किलोग्राम अफीम का दूध एवं 2.5 किलोग्राम हेरोइन सहित 7.96 किलोग्राम अन्य साइकोट्राफिक पदार्थों की जब्ती की जा चुकी है. 

डीजीपी  साहू ने बताया कि नशाखोरी एक बेहद जटिल समस्या है, जिससे प्रदेश के सामाजिक ताने-बाने को क्षति  पहुंचने के साथ ही लोगों के स्वास्थ्य पर भी बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है. नशे की लत से लोगों के निजी जीवन में अवसाद पारिवारिक कलह जैसी समस्याएं पैदा होती है. इसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में राजस्थान पुलिस द्वारा प्रदेश में नशाखोरी पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए यह विशेष अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है.

डेयरी बूथ पर भी की गई कार्रवाई
साहू ने बताया कि इस अभियान के तहत जयपुर और जोधपुर के पुलिस उपायुक्तों के अलावा जीआरपी अजमेर एवं जोधपुर सहित समस्त जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षकों को उनके क्षेत्र में संचालित विद्यालय, महाविद्यालय या छात्रावासों के निकट स्थित डेयरी बूथ, पान की दुकान या चाय की थड़ी आदि पर मादक पदार्थों के विक्रय पर भी प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं, जिससे ऐसे स्थानों पर इनकी बिक्री पर रोक लगाई जा सके. इन पुलिस अधिकारियों को अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में बीट कांस्टेबल, बीट प्रभारी एवं थानाधिकारियों की इस अभियान में जिम्मेदारी तय करते हुए धरातल पर ठोस एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं.

सरगनाओं का आपराधिक डोजियर तैयार
डीजीपी ने बताया कि कि इस अभियान के तहत जिलों में मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी परिवहन एवं आपूर्ति के आदतन अपराधियों की गतिविधियों के बारे में सूचना संकलित कर लगातार प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जा रही है. साथ ही आवश्यकतानुसार दुकान, आवास एवं गोदामों की तलाशी भी ली जा रही है. इसके अलावा अभियान में मादक पदार्थों के परिवहन, तस्करी एवं आपूर्ति से जुड़े पूर्व के मामलों में स्थाई वारंट एवं गिरफ्तारी वारंट के वांछित अपराधियों की धरपकड़ भी की जा रही है. 

वहीं पुलिस अधिकारियों को मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी के सरगनाओं का आपराधिक डोजियर तैयार करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए हैं. इसके तहत  उनके विरुद्ध दर्ज सभी प्रकरण,अपराध से अर्जित संपत्ति, लंबित प्रकरण एवं इन प्रकरणों में पेशी की तारीख जैसी महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाओं को समाहित किया जा रहा है. उक्त संकलित सूचनाओं के आधार पर आगामी दिनों में चिन्हित अपराधियों के विरूद्ध निषेधीकरण एवं संपति जप्ती की कार्यवाही प्रचलित प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत की जायेगी.

Big action by Rajasthan Police, 476 criminals related to drug trafficking arrested, drugs worth Rs 34.97 crore seized

In a special campaign conducted from May 15 under the direction of Police Headquarters for effective control on drug abuse in Rajasthan, effective action was taken in all the districts, a large number of drugs were seized and criminals involved in their smuggling were arrested. Director General of Police (DGP) Utkal Ranjan Sahu said that under this special campaign, till now 476 persons have been arrested in 445 cases across the state and drugs worth Rs 34.97 crore have been seized, in which action has also been taken at the source of the drugs. Has been done.

What was found during the action?
He said that under this campaign, 14.55 lakh kg of doda poppy, 1411 kg of doda, 197 kg of ganja, 31 kg of ganja plants, 36 kg of opium, 9.7 kg of smack, 3 kg of opium milk and 2.5 kg of heroin along with 7.96 kg of other drugs have been seized in the state. Psychotropic substances have been seized. 

DGP Sahu said that drug addiction is a very complex problem, which not only damages the social fabric of the state but also has a negative impact on the health of the people. Drug addiction causes problems like depression and family discord in people's personal lives. In this context, this special campaign is being conducted by Rajasthan Police for effective control on drug abuse in the state.

Action taken at dairy booth also
Sahu said that under this campaign, apart from the Deputy Commissioners of Police of Jaipur and Jodhpur, the Superintendents of Police of all the districts including GRP Ajmer and Jodhpur have been asked to visit the dairy booths, paan shops or tea stalls etc. located near the schools, colleges or hostels running in their areas. But instructions have also been given to take effective action on the sale of narcotics, so that their sale can be banned at such places. These police officers have been instructed to ensure concrete and effective action on the ground by fixing the responsibilities of beat constables, beat in-charges and police station officers in their jurisdiction in this campaign.

Criminal dossier of gangsters ready
DGP said that under this campaign, effective action is being taken continuously by collecting information about the activities of habitual criminals involved in drug trafficking, transportation and supply in the districts. Besides, shops, residences and warehouses are also being searched as per requirement. Apart from this, criminals wanted under standing warrants and arrest warrants in previous cases related to transportation, smuggling and supply of drugs are also being arrested in the campaign. 

At the same time, police officers have also been instructed to prepare criminal dossiers on drug trafficking leaders. Under this, important information like all the cases registered against them, property acquired from crime, pending cases and dates of appearance in these cases is being included. On the basis of the above collected information, action for prohibition and property confiscation will be taken against the identified criminals in the coming days under the prevailing provisions.
