बीकानेर में रंजिश के चलते घर में घुसकर हमला करने और लज्जा भंग करने का एक गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। परिवादी ने चेतन सिंह उर्फ चींटू, हर्षित, मनोज नायक, जय सिंह, महेन्द्र छींपा सहित 5–7 अन्य अज्ञात आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है। घटना को लेकर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

परिवादी ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि दीपावली के दौरान उसके भाई और चेतन सिंह उर्फ चींटू के बीच किसी बात को लेकर बोलचाल हो गई थी, जिसके बाद से दोनों पक्षों में रंजिश चल रही थी। इसी रंजिश का असर 12 और 13 नवंबर की मध्यरात्रि को दिखाई दिया, जब हथियारों से लैस आरोपी मोटरसाइकिलों और वेगन आर गाड़ी में सवार होकर उनके घर पहुंचे।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, जैसे ही आरोपियों को परिवादी के भाई के घर पर आने की जानकारी मिली, वे सीधे घर में घुस गए। परिवादी के भाई ने जान बचाने के लिए घर के अंदर भागकर खुद को बचाने की कोशिश की। इस पर आरोपियों ने परिवादी के पिता पर हमला कर दिया और धारदार हथियारों से चोट पहुंचाई।

इस दौरान परिवादी और उसकी पत्नी ने बीच-बचाव की कोशिश की, लेकिन आरोपियों ने उन पर भी हमला कर दिया। परिवादी ने यह भी आरोप लगाया है कि आरोपी घर में घुसकर उसकी पत्नी के साथ अभद्र हरकतें करते हुए लज्जा भंग कर गए। यह घटना न सिर्फ मारपीट का मामला है, बल्कि इसमें गंभीर आपराधिक धाराओं के अंतर्गत लज्जा भंग और घर में अवैध घुसपैठ के आरोप भी शामिल हैं।

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और पूरे मामले की जांच शुरू की। पुलिस अब आरोपियों की पहचान, उनकी लोकेशन और पूरी घटना का विस्तृत विवरण जुटाने में लगी हुई है। जांच अधिकारी इस बात की भी पड़ताल कर रहे हैं कि क्या आरोपियों द्वारा पूर्व नियोजित तरीके से हमला किया गया था या यह अचानक की गई हिंसक प्रतिक्रिया थी।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जिस तरह से हथियारबंद आरोपी रात्रि में घर में घुसे और परिवार पर हमला किया, वह बेहद गंभीर अपराध है। मामले में शामिल सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ कड़ी धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है और शीघ्र ही गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी।

स्थानीय लोगों में इस घटना को लेकर दहशत का माहौल है। ग्रामीणों ने पुलिस से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाओं पर रोक लग सके।

पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है और जल्द ही मामले से संबंधित और जानकारी सामने आएगी।

According to the report, as soon as the accused learned of the complainant's brother's arrival, they charged straight into the house. The complainant's brother tried to save himself by running inside. Upon this, the accused attacked the complainant's father and injured him with sharp weapons.

During this time, the complainant and his wife tried to intervene, but the accused attacked them as well. The complainant also alleged that the accused entered the house and molested his wife, outraging her modesty. This incident is not only a case of assault, but also involves serious criminal charges of outraging the modesty of a woman and trespassing into a house.

Upon receiving information about the incident, police arrived at the scene and began investigating the matter. Police are now working to identify the accused, their location, and gather a detailed account of the entire incident.
