बीकानेर जिले के श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थानाक्षेत्र से एक सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है, जहां दादी की मौत के चौथे दिन ही घर में घुसकर मारपीट और लूट की वारदात हुई। रानासर हंसावतान निवासी 32 वर्षीय जेठूसिंह पुत्र समुद्रसिंह राजपूत ने अपने गोद गए भाई और अन्य रिश्तेदारों पर आरोप लगाते हुए पुलिस में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया है।

परिवादी के अनुसार, उसका भाई भंवरसिंह दत्तक पुत्र मालसिंह राजपूत है। परिवार की जमीनों के बंटवारे के दौरान उसने भंवरसिंह को दो लाख रुपए उधार दिए थे। बाद में पैसों के तकादे से दोनों भाइयों के बीच रंजिश बढ़ गई। परिवादी के अनुसार, चार दिन पहले उसकी दादी का निधन हुआ था, लेकिन आरोपी भाई बैठक में भी नहीं आए।

रात 11 बजे घर में घुसे आरोपी

घटना 8 नवंबर की रात करीब 11 बजे की है, जब परिवादी परिवार के साथ खाना खा रहा था। उसी समय आरोपी भंवरसिंह, उसकी बेटी कोमलकंवर, दूसरा भाई देवीसिंह, देवीसिंह के बेटे महेंद्रसिंह व नरेंद्रसिंह लाठियां लेकर घर में घुसे। आरोपियों ने गालियां देते हुए कमरे में धावा बोला और जान से मारने की धमकी दी।

लाठियों से हमला, घायल को पीबीएम रेफर

जेठूसिंह ने बताया कि जैसे ही उसने आरोपियों को रोकने की कोशिश की, सभी ने उसे घेर लिया और लाठियों से बेरहमी से पीटा। मारपीट में वह गंभीर रूप से घायल होकर जमीन पर गिर पड़ा। बीच-बचाव के लिए आई उसकी बहन के साथ भी मारपीट की गई और माँ को भी गाली-गलौच कर धमकाया गया।

घायल परिवादी को परिजन पहले स्थानीय अस्पताल ले गए, जहां से उसकी गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए बीकानेर पीबीएम रेफर कर दिया गया।

सोने का टेवटा और ₹75,000 ले गए

परिवादी के अनुसार, आरोपी दादीसा के सोने के 5 भरी वजनी टेवटा और ₹75,000 नकदी घर से उठा ले गए। आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने उसे बाखल तक खींचकर ले गए और धमकाया कि यदि पुलिस में रिपोर्ट लिखाई तो जान से मार देंगे।

शोर सुनकर छोटा भाई नारायणसिंह और उसकी पत्नी मौके पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने आरोपियों को रोकने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन उन्हें भी जान से खत्म करने की धमकी दी गई।

पुलिस ने दर्ज किया मामला

पीड़ित की रिपोर्ट पर श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाने में भंवरसिंह, कोमलकंवर, देवीसिंह, महेंद्रसिंह और नरेंद्रसिंह के खिलाफ मारपीट, धमकी, घर में घुसकर हमला और लूट के आरोप में एफआईआर दर्ज हुई है। मामले की जांच हैड कांस्टेबल बलवीरसिंह को सौंपी गई है।

गांव में तनाव का माहौल

घटना के बाद गांव में तनाव की स्थिति बनी हुई है। पुलिस आरोपियों की तलाश कर रही है और आगे की कार्रवाई जारी है।

Jethusingh, a 32-year-old resident of Ranasar Hansawatan, son of Samudrasingh Rajput, has filed a police complaint accusing his adopted brother and other relatives.

According to the complainant, his brother Bhanwarsingh is the adopted son of Malsingh Rajput. During the division of the family's land, he had lent Bhanwarsingh two lakh rupees. Later, the dispute between the two brothers escalated over the repayment of the money. According to the complainant, his grandmother had passed away four days ago, but the accused brother did not even come to the mourning gathering.

Accused entered the house at 11 pm

The incident took place on the night of November 8th, around 11 pm, when the complainant was having dinner with his family. At that time, the accused Bhanwarsingh, his daughter Komalkunwar, another brother Devisingh, and Devisingh's sons Mahendrasingh and Narendrasingh entered the house carrying sticks. The accused verbally abused them, stormed into the room, and threatened to kill them.

Attacked with sticks, injured man referred to PBM hospital

Jethusingh stated that as soon as he tried to stop the accused, they surrounded him and brutally beat him with sticks. He was seriously injured in the assault and fell to the ground. His sister, who came to intervene, was also assaulted, and his mother was also verbally abused and threatened.

The injured complainant was first taken to a local hospital by his family members, from where he was referred to PBM Hospital in Bikaner due to his serious condition.

Gold locket and ₹75,000 stolen

According to the complainant, the accused stole a gold locket weighing 5 tolas belonging to his grandmother and ₹75,000 in cash from the house. It is alleged that the accused dragged him to Bakhal and threatened to kill him if he reported the incident to the police.

Hearing the commotion, his younger brother Narayansingh and his wife arrived at the scene. They tried to stop the accused, but they too were threatened with death.

Police register case

Based on the victim's report, an FIR has been registered at the Shridungargarh police station against Bhanwarsingh, Komalkunwar, Devisingh, Mahendrasingh, and Narendrasingh on charges of assault, threats, house trespass, and robbery. The investigation has been handed over to Head Constable Balveersingh.
