बीकानेर जिले के महाजन क्षेत्र से राहत भरी खबर सामने आई है। रविवार को कैबिनेट मंत्री सुमित गोदारा ने विद्युत समस्याओं को लेकर महाजन के विद्युत निगम सहायक अभियंता (AEN) कार्यालय में जनसुनवाई शिविर लगाया। शिविर में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आए बड़ी संख्या में बिजली उपभोक्ताओं ने घरेलू और कृषि कनेक्शनों से जुड़ी अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज करवाईं।

मंत्री गोदारा सुबह से ही शिविर में मौजूद रहे और एक-एक उपभोक्ता से मिलकर समस्याएँ सुनीं। जानकारी के अनुसार कई उपभोक्ता लंबे समय से बिजली कटौती, पोल-लाइन मरम्मत, ट्रांसफार्मर बदलने, खराब मीटर, ओवरलोडिंग और नए कनेक्शन की समस्याओं से जूझ रहे थे।

मौके पर ही समाधान

मौके पर मौजूद बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को मंत्री ने तुरंत कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। कई समस्याओं का वहीं पर समाधान कर दिया गया, जबकि तकनीकी कार्यों के लिए समयसीमा तय कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आदेश दिया गया।

शिविर के दौरान ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि अक्सर ट्रांसफार्मर खराब होने और बार-बार बिजली ट्रिप होने से खेती का काम प्रभावित होता है। गर्मी और सिंचाई के सीजन में विद्युत व्यवस्था दिक्कत का कारण बन रही है।

अधिकारी मौके पर जुटे

जनसुनवाई शिविर में महाजन सहायक अभियंता राजेंद्र लेघा, कनिष्ठ अभियंता अनिल जांगिड़, भूपेंद्र जोशी सहित विद्युत निगम का पूरा अमला उपलब्ध रहा। प्रत्येक उपभोक्ता की शिकायत का रिकॉर्ड तैयार किया गया और समाधान की प्रगति नोट की गई।

प्रशासनिक निरीक्षण भी हुआ

शिविर शुरू होने से पहले उपखंड अधिकारी दयानंद रूयल ने भी स्थल पर पहुंचकर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया और अधिकारियों को पारदर्शी तरीके से शिकायत निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए।

जनसुनवाई शिविर समाप्त होने तक दर्जनों उपभोक्ता अपनी समस्या का तत्काल समाधान पाकर संतुष्ट नजर आए। कई ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि वर्षों बाद पहली बार किसी मंत्री ने खुद बैठकर बिजली समस्याओं की सुनवाई की और उसी समय समाधान करवाया।

स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार, मंत्री गोदारा के इस पहल से क्षेत्र में बिजली सुधार की उम्मीद बढ़ी है। ग्रामीणों ने शिविर के आयोजन की सराहना की और भविष्य में भी ऐसे कार्यक्रम जारी रहने की मांग की।

On Sunday, Cabinet Minister Sumit Godara held a public hearing camp at the Assistant Engineer (AEN) office of the electricity department in Mahajan to address electricity-related problems. A large number of electricity consumers from rural areas registered their complaints regarding domestic and agricultural connections at the camp.

Minister Godara was present at the camp from the morning and met with each consumer individually to listen to their problems. According to reports, many consumers had been struggling with problems such as prolonged power outages, pole and line repairs, transformer replacements, faulty meters, overloading, and issues with new connections for a long time.

On-the-Spot Solutions

The Minister instructed the electricity department officials and staff present to take immediate action. Many problems were resolved on the spot, while deadlines were set for technical tasks and orders were given to the concerned officers.

During the camp, villagers stated that frequent transformer failures and repeated power outages often disrupt agricultural work. The electricity system is causing difficulties during the summer and irrigation seasons.

Before the camp began, Sub-Divisional Officer Dayanand Ruyal also visited the site to inspect the arrangements and instructed the officials to resolve complaints in a transparent manner.
