यूक्रेन संकट पर मोदी–पुतिन की बड़ी चर्चा, रूस ने भारत की पहल की सराहना की

रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के बीच शुक्रवार को हैदराबाद हाउस में महत्वपूर्ण द्विपक्षीय वार्ता आयोजित हुई, जिसने वैश्विक स्तर पर व्यापक ध्यान आकर्षित किया है। यह बैठक ऐसे समय हो रही है जब यूक्रेन युद्ध लगातार अंतरराष्ट्रीय राजनीति को प्रभावित कर रहा है, और भारत–रूस संबंध अपनी रणनीतिक गहराई के कारण दुनिया की नज़रों में हैं।

वार्ता के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बेहद स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि “भारत तटस्थ नहीं है। भारत का पक्ष शांति का है।” उन्होंने दोहराया कि भारत हर उस प्रयास के साथ है जिसका उद्देश्य विश्व को तनावमुक्त करना और संवाद को आगे बढ़ाना है। मोदी ने जोर देकर कहा कि दुनिया का कल्याण केवल शांति और स्थिरता के रास्ते से ही संभव है।

रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन ने भी प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की पहल और यूक्रेन संकट को कम करने के प्रयासों की सराहना की। पुतिन ने कहा कि भारत ने सदैव वैश्विक शांति, स्थिरता और संतुलित कूटनीति में मूल्यवान योगदान दिया है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि रूस भारत के सहयोग को अत्यंत महत्व देता है और दोनों देशों के बीच दशकों पुराना भरोसा आज भी अटूट है।

द्विपक्षीय वार्ता में सुरक्षा, रक्षा उत्पादन, ऊर्जा साझेदारी, व्यापार, वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान और अंतरिक्ष सहयोग जैसे कई अहम क्षेत्रों पर चर्चा हुई। यह उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि बैठक के बाद कई बड़े समझौते सामने आ सकते हैं, विशेषकर ऊर्जा और रक्षा क्षेत्रों में, जिनमें दोनों देशों का गहरा तालमेल है।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने बैठक में भारत–रूस संबंधों के इतिहास को याद करते हुए कहा कि वर्ष 2001 में पुतिन के पदभार संभालने के बाद दोनों देशों के बीच रणनीतिक साझेदारी और मजबूत हुई। मोदी ने कहा, “मेरे लिए भी यह 25 साल की मैत्री विशेष है, जिसने हमारे संबंधों को नई ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचाया है।”

यूक्रेन युद्ध शुरू होने के बाद यह पुतिन की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भारत यात्रा मानी जा रही है। यह भी ऐसे समय में हो रही है जब अमेरिका द्वारा भारत पर रूस से तेल आयात कम करने का दबाव बढ़ाया गया है। इसके बावजूद रूस–भारत संबंधों का यह मजबूत संदेश अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक अलग दिशा तय करता दिख रहा है।

बैठक के बाद संयुक्त प्रेस बयान की भी उम्मीद है, जिसमें दोनों नेता द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को और मजबूत बनाने का रोडमैप साझा कर सकते हैं। यह वार्ता न केवल भारत–रूस संबंधों की मजबूती को दर्शाती है, बल्कि बदलते भू-राजनीतिक माहौल में भारत की स्वतंत्र और संतुलित विदेश नीति को भी स्थापित करती है।

Modi-Putin hold major discussion on Ukraine crisis, Russia praises India's initiative

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held important bilateral talks at Hyderabad House on Friday, garnering widespread global attention. The meeting comes at a time when the Ukraine conflict continues to impact international politics, and India-Russia relations are under global scrutiny due to their strategic depth.

During the talks, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated categorically, "India is not neutral. India stands for peace." He reiterated that India supports every effort aimed at de-escalating the world and promoting dialogue. Modi emphasized that global well-being is possible only through peace and stability.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also praised Prime Minister Modi's initiatives and efforts to de-escalate the Ukraine crisis. Putin stated that India has always made valuable contributions to global peace, stability, and balanced diplomacy. He also emphasized that Russia attaches great importance to India's cooperation, and that the decades-old trust between the two countries remains unwavering.

The bilateral talks discussed several key areas, including security, defense production, energy partnership, trade, scientific research, and space cooperation. It is expected that several major agreements may emerge from the meeting, especially in the energy and defense sectors, where the two countries have deep synergy.

Recalling the history of India-Russia relations, Prime Minister Modi said that the strategic partnership between the two countries strengthened after Putin assumed office in 2001. Modi said, "For me too, these 25 years of friendship are special, which have taken our relations to new heights."

This is considered Putin's most important visit to India since the outbreak of the Ukraine war. It also comes at a time when the United States has increased pressure on India to reduce oil imports from Russia. Despite this, this strong message of Russia-India relations appears to be setting a different direction internationally.

A joint press statement is also expected after the meeting, in which the two leaders may share a roadmap for further strengthening bilateral relations. This dialogue not only demonstrates the strength of India-Russia relations but also establishes India's independent and balanced foreign policy in the changing geopolitical environment.
