बीकानेर सहित राजस्थान में कल होगी युद्ध की मॉक ड्रिल, ब्लैकआउट और सायरन का अभ्यास

बीकानेर। ऑपरेशन शील्ड के तहत राजस्थान में 31 मई को युद्ध की मॉक ड्रिल और ब्लैकआउट एक्सरसाइज होगी। इससे पहले 29 मई को मॉक ड्रिल की तारीख तय की गई थी, जिसे केंद्र सरकार ने स्थगित कर दिया था। अब नए सिरे से गृह विभाग ने सभी 41 जिलों को निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

गृह विभाग के मुताबिक, मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान हवाई हमलों से बचने का अभ्यास होगा और सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं को परखा जाएगा। इसके लिए हर जिले में एक ही लोकेशन पर यह ड्रिल होगी। बीकानेर सहित सभी जिलों में सायरन बजाकर लोगों को सतर्क किया जाएगा और आपदा प्रबंधन के इंतजामों को भी परखा जाएगा।

इससे पहले 7 मई को भी राज्यभर में मॉक ड्रिल की गई थी। बताया जा रहा है कि 7 मई की ड्रिल में कुछ खामियां रह गई थीं, जिन्हें दूर करने के लिए इस बार 31 मई को फिर से अभ्यास होगा।

भारत-पाक तनाव के बीच मॉक ड्रिल
22 अप्रैल को हुए पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत ने 7 मई को पाकिस्तान अधिकृत कश्मीर (पीओके) में 9 आतंकी ठिकानों पर एयर स्ट्राइक की थी। इस कार्रवाई में 100 आतंकियों के मारे जाने की पुष्टि हुई थी। इसके बाद से भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच तनाव की स्थिति बनी हुई है।

क्या है मॉक ड्रिल और ब्लैकआउट एक्सरसाइज?
मॉक ड्रिल एक तरह की आपदा प्रबंधन की प्रैक्टिस होती है। इसमें देखा जाता है कि इमरजेंसी की स्थिति में प्रशासन और आम लोग कितनी जल्दी रिएक्ट करते हैं। ब्लैकआउट एक्सरसाइज में तय समय पर सभी लाइटें बंद कर दी जाती हैं ताकि दुश्मन देश को निशाना साधने में दिक्कत हो।

बीकानेर और राजस्थान के सभी 41 जिलों में 31 मई को युद्ध जैसी स्थिति का अभ्यास किया जाएगा। आप भी इस मॉक ड्रिल के दौरान सतर्क रहें और प्रशासन के निर्देशों का पालन करें।

Bikaner. Under Operation Shield, mock drill of war and blackout exercise will be held in Rajasthan on May 31. Earlier, the date of mock drill was fixed on May 29, which was postponed by the central government. Now the Home Department has issued fresh instructions to all 41 districts.

According to the Home Department, during the mock drill, there will be practice of avoiding air strikes and security arrangements will be tested. For this, this drill will be held at the same location in every district. People will be alerted by sounding siren in all the districts including Bikaner and disaster management arrangements will also be tested.

Earlier on May 7, mock drill was also conducted across the state. It is being told that there were some flaws in the drill of May 7, to remove which, this time the practice will be done again on May 31.

After the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April, India carried out an air strike on 9 terrorist hideouts in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) on 7 May. 100 terrorists were confirmed killed in this action. Since then, a situation of tension has persisted between India and Pakistan.

What is mock drill and blackout exercise?

Mock drill is a kind of disaster management practice. In this, it is seen how quickly the administration and common people react in case of emergency. In blackout exercise, all the lights are turned off at the scheduled time so that the enemy country has difficulty in targeting.
