बीकानेर, 15 जून। स्व. कुशाल चंद व्यास स्मृति  द्वितीय जिला स्तरीय शतरंज प्रतियोगिता 19 जून गुरुवार से शुरू होगी । बेसिक पीजी महाविद्यालय में आयोजित होने वाली इस प्रतियोगिता सब जूनियर, जूनियर, सीनियर एव महिला वर्ग होंगे। यह प्रतियोगिता जिला शतरंज संघ के तत्वावधान में आयोजित होगी। जिला शतरंज संघ के संरक्षक डॉ एस एन हर्ष ने इस आयोजन को शहरी क्षेत्र के शातिरों के लिए उपयोगी बताया और कहा कि आने वाले समय में ये शातिर बीकानेर का नाम रोशन करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि स्वर्गीय कुशाल चंद व्यास की स्मृति में ऐसे आयोजन समय-समय पर किए जाएँगे इसके लिए उन्होंने स्वर्गीय कुशाल चंद व्यास फाउंडेशन का आभार जताया।

आयोजन से जुड़े शिवकुमार व्यास ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता सब जूनियर, जूनियर, सीनियर और महिला वर्ग के लिए आयोजित होगी । आयोजन सचिव एड. अजय व्यास ने बताया कि प्रतियोगिता के चारों वर्गों में पहले पांच स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले विजेताओं को क्रमशः पांच हज़ार , साढ़े तीन हज़ार , ढाई हजार, ग्यारह सौ और पांच सौ रुपए प्रोत्साहन स्वरूप नगद दिए जाएँगे । सब जूनियर वर्ग में भाग लेने वाले सभी शातिरों को चेस बोर्ड प्रदान किए जाएँगे। प्रतियोगिता के दौरान बीकानेर के वरिष्ठ महिला और पुरुष शातिरों का भी सम्मान किया जाएगा। 19 से 21 जून 2025 को होने वाले इस कार्यक्रम का समन्वयक बी.डी. हर्ष करेंगे।

Late Kushal Chand Vyas Smriti District Level Prize Chess Competition from 19th June, winners will be given cash prizes, young players will get chess boards

Bikaner, 15th June. Late Kushal Chand Vyas Smriti Second District Level Chess Competition will start from Thursday, 19th June. This competition to be held in Basic PG College will have sub junior, junior, senior and women categories. This competition will be held under the aegis of District Chess Association. Patron of District Chess Association Dr. S.N. Harsh said that this event is useful for the players of urban areas and said that in the coming time these players will bring glory to Bikaner. He said that such events will be organized from time to time in the memory of late Kushal Chand Vyas, for which he thanked Late Kushal Chand Vyas Foundation.

Shivkumar Vyas, associated with the event, said that the competition will be organized for sub junior, junior, senior and women categories. Organizing Secretary Adv. Ajay Vyas said that the winners securing the first five positions in all the four categories of the competition will be given cash incentives of five thousand, three and a half thousand, two and a half thousand, eleven hundred and five hundred rupees respectively. All the players participating in the sub-junior category will be provided chess boards. Senior female and male players of Bikaner will also be honored during the competition. BD Harsh will coordinate this program to be held from 19 to 21 June 2025.
