उदासर क्षेत्र में भूमि विवाद के चलते एक सेवानिवृत्त महिला कांस्टेबल के साथ अभद्रता, मारपीट और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। पीड़िता की ओर से जेएनवीसी पुलिस थाने में कुलदीप, रामेश्वर, अनिल पारीक, बिरजू सहित अन्य आरोपियों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई गई है। घटना उदासर में वर्ष 2022 से अक्टूबर 2025 के बीच घटित बताई जा रही है, जिसमें आरोपियों द्वारा लगातार परेशान करने और कब्जे की कोशिश के आरोप लगाए गए हैं।

पीड़िता के अनुसार वर्ष 2008 में उसने राय नगर कॉलोनी, उदासर स्थित मुरबा में एक भूखंड खरीदा था। लंबे समय तक यह भूमि खाली पड़ी रही, लेकिन हाल ही में उसे जानकारी मिली कि कुछ लोग उसकी अनुपस्थिति में वहां अवैध रूप से निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर चुके हैं। 11 अक्टूबर 2025 को जब महिला मौके पर पहुंची, तो उसने देखा कि जमीन पर निर्माण सामग्री रखी हुई है और मजदूर काम कर रहे थे। आपत्ति जताने पर वहां मौजूद आरोपियों ने उससे विवाद शुरू कर दिया।

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, आरोपियों ने महिला के साथ गाली-गलौज की, धक्का देकर जमीन पर गिरा दिया और उसके कपड़े फाड़ दिए। इतना ही नहीं, उसके पहने हुए सोने का फूलड़ा भी छीन लिया गया। पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने धमकी देते हुए बंदूक मंगवाई और कहा कि “इसको सबक सिखाओ, आज निपटा देते हैं।” महिला किसी तरह मौके से अपनी साथी महिलाओं की मदद से बचकर बाहर आई।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपियों द्वारा पिछले कई वर्षों से जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की जा रही है और वे लगातार मानसिक एवं शारीरिक उत्पीड़न कर रहे हैं। घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस ने तुरंत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मामले की छानबीन में यह भी सामने आया कि आरोपी पक्ष पूर्व में भी भूमि विवादों में शामिल रह चुका है और उस क्षेत्र में दबंगई दिखाने की घटनाएं पहले भी सामने आई हैं।

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि आरोप गंभीर हैं और जांच में किसी भी स्तर पर समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। पीड़िता के बयान, मेडिकल और मौके के हालात को आधार बनाते हुए आरोपी पक्ष के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा रही है। भूमि विवाद के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए पुलिस और प्रशासन लगातार सख्ती से कार्रवाई करने की बात भी कह रहा है।

The incident is said to have occurred in Udasar between 2022 and October 2025, with the accused alleging persistent harassment and attempts to encroach upon her.

According to the victim, she purchased a plot of land in Murba, Rai Nagar Colony, Udasar, in 2008. The land remained vacant for a long time, but recently she learned that some people had begun illegal construction there in her absence. When the woman arrived at the scene on October 11, 2025, she saw construction material lying on the land and laborers working. When she objected, the accused began a dispute with her.

According to the report, the accused abused the woman, pushed her to the ground, and tore her clothes. Furthermore, they also snatched the gold chain she was wearing. The victim stated that the accused threatened her, demanding a gun, and said, "Teach him a lesson, we'll finish him off today." The woman somehow managed to escape the scene with the help of her fellow women.

The victim stated that the accused had been attempting to seize her land for several years and were constantly subjecting her to mental and physical harassment. Given the seriousness of the incident, the police immediately registered a case and began an investigation. Investigations revealed that the accused have been involved in land disputes in the past, and incidents of bullying have been reported in the area.

Police officials state that the allegations are serious and the investigation will not be compromised at any level. Based on the victim's statement, medical reports, and the circumstances at the scene, action is being taken against the accused. Given the increasing number of land disputes, the police and administration are continuously committing to strict action.
