बीकानेर: पुलिस कांस्टेबल ने लोगों को प्रलोभन देकर धोखाधड़ी से उठाया लाखों का गोल्ड लोन, मुकदमा दर्ज

बीकानेर | जिला पुलिस के कांस्टेबल ने 39 लोगों को प्रलोभन दिया और धोखाधड़ी से उनके नाम से लाखों रुपए का गोल्ड लोन उठा लिया। बीछवाल पुलिस थाने में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।

मुक्ताप्रसाद नगर निवासी दीपू सोलंकी की ओर से पुलिस को दी गई रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि कांस्टेबल संतोष राणा बीछवाल पुलिस थाना में कार्यरत है जो नौकरी के साथ साथ फाइनेंस का भी काम करता है। वह गरीब लोगो को ब्याज पर रूपयें उधार देता हैं। उसने पीड़ित को भी ब्याज पर रूपयें उधार दिये थे। 

ब्याज माफी का झांसा देकर उससे कागजातों पर साइन कराए और उसके नाम से 2.50 लाख रुपए का गोल्ड लोन उठा लिया। कुछ समय बाद संतोष परिवादी के घर गया और बोला की रूपयों की आवश्यकता है। मुझे अभी के अभी वापस कर, नहीं तो तुझे एक और काम करना पडेगा। काम कर देगा तो तेरा सारा मूल माफ कर दूंगा। 

वह परिवादी को पंचशती सर्किल ले गया जहां अविनाश सोनी तथा कुछ बैंक के कर्मचारी भी मिले जिन्होने कागजातों और फार्मों पर साईन करवायें। संतोष ने परिवादी के नाम से 5 लाख का लोन सेंशन करवाया और रुपए ले लिए। संतोष राणा ने करीब 39 लोगों के नाम से गोल्ड लोन उठा लिया।

संतोष से अविनाश सोनी, गौरीशंकर सोनी और संजय सोनी भी मिले हुए है। थाना पुलिस ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

In the report given to the police by Deepu Solanki, a resident of Mukta Prasad Nagar, it has been told that constable Santosh Rana is employed in Bichwal police station, who works in finance along with his job. He lends money to poor people on interest. He had also lent money to the victim on interest.

By luring him with interest waiver, he got him to sign the papers and took a gold loan of Rs 2.50 lakh in his name. After some time, Santosh went to the complainant's house and said that he needed the money. Return it to me right away, otherwise you will have to do another job. If you do the work, I will waive off all your principal.

He took the complainant to Panchshati Circle where Avinash Soni and some bank employees were also present who got the documents and forms signed. Santosh got a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs sanctioned in the name of the complainant and took the money. Santosh Rana took gold loan in the name of about 39 people.

Avinash Soni, Gaurishankar Soni and Sanjay Soni are also involved with Santosh. The police station has registered a case against the accused and started investigation.
