बीकानेर: कार सवार युवकों ने सड़क पर युवक से की मारपीट, कोटगेट थाने में मामला दर्ज

शहर में एक बार फिर सड़क पर मारपीट की घटना सामने आई है। कार में सवार युवकों द्वारा एक युवक को रोककर उसके साथ थाप, मुक्कों और लातों से मारपीट करने का मामला कोटगेट पुलिस थाने में दर्ज हुआ है। इस घटना ने स्थानीय लोगों में नाराज़गी पैदा कर दी है और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

मामला शर्मा कॉलोनी रानी बाजार निवासी रवि मीणा द्वारा दर्ज करवाया गया। परिवादी के अनुसार, पांच नवंबर को उसका भाई बबलू मीणा इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया स्थित केजी कॉम्पलेक्स के पास किसी काम से गया हुआ था। इसी दौरान एक कार RJ 14 CU 3456 वहाँ पहुंची। कार में बैठे चालक और उसके साथ मौजूद तीन से चार युवकों ने अचानक बबलू को घेर लिया और उसके साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, कार सवार युवकों ने बबलू को सड़क पर धक्का देते हुए पहले हाथों से धक्का-मुक्की की, उसके बाद थाप, मुक्कों और लातों से हमला किया। घटना के समय पास मौजूद लोगों ने बीच-बचाव करने की कोशिश भी की, जिसके बाद आरोपी युवक कार में बैठकर मौके से फरार हो गए।

परिवादी ने बताया कि घटना पूरी तरह से योजनाबद्ध लग रही थी और मारपीट करने वाले आरोपी पहले से ही बबलू को पहचानते थे या उसका पीछा कर रहे थे। घटना के बाद घायल बबलू मीणा घर पहुंचा और परिजनों को जानकारी दी, जिसके बाद तुरंत पुलिस थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई गई।

कोटगेट थाना पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस अब कार नंबर के आधार पर आरोपियों की पहचान व गिरफ्तारी की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर चुकी है। थाने से मिली प्रारंभिक जानकारी के अनुसार, सीसीटीवी फुटेज और आसपास के लोगों के बयान लिए जा रहे हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपियों की पहचान होने के बाद कानूनी कार्रवाई तेज की जाएगी।

स्थानीय निवासियों का कहना है कि इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया और रानी बाजार क्षेत्र में आए दिन तेज रफ्तार वाहन और सड़क झगड़ों की घटनाएँ बढ़ रही हैं। ऐसे मामलों में कड़ी कार्रवाई जरूरी है ताकि अपराधियों के हौसले कम हों।

फिलहाल मामला पुलिस जांच में है और घटना ने एक बार फिर सुरक्षा और कानून-व्यवस्था को लेकर सवाल खड़े किए हैं।

According to the complainant, on November 5th, his brother, Bablu Meena, had gone to the KG Complex in the Industrial Area for some work. At that time, a car with license plate number RJ 14 CU 3456 arrived. The driver and three to four other young men in the car suddenly surrounded Bablu and began assaulting him.

According to the report, the men in the car pushed Bablu onto the road, initially shoving him, and then attacking him with slaps, punches, and kicks. People nearby tried to intervene, after which the accused men fled the scene in their car.

The complainant stated that the incident appeared to be completely premeditated, and the attackers seemed to know Bablu or had been following him. After the incident, the injured Bablu Meena returned home and informed his family, after which a report was immediately filed at the police station.

The Kotgate police station has registered a case and started an investigation. The police have begun the process of identifying and arresting the accused based on the car's license plate number. According to preliminary information from the police station, CCTV footage and statements from people in the vicinity are being collected. The police say that legal action will be expedited once the accused are identified.

Local residents say that incidents of speeding vehicles and road rage are increasing in the Industrial Area and Rani Bazaar area. Strict action is necessary in such cases to deter criminals.

The matter is currently under police investigation, and the incident has once again raised questions about security and law and order.
