बीकानेर। सोशल मीडिया पर बीकानेर में ऑटो का हेलमेट चालान करने का वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद अब यातायात पुलिस ने इस मामले में स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि यह मामला तकनीकी त्रुटि और मानवीय भूल के कारण हुआ था, जिसे अब सही कर दिया गया है।

यातायात पुलिस के अनुसार, 26 अक्टूबर को एक वीडियो तेजी से वायरल हुआ जिसमें दावा किया गया कि ऑटो का चालान हेलमेट न पहनने के कारण किया गया है। पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया कि शहर में ऑनलाइन ई-चालान डिवाइस से कार्रवाई की जाती है और कभी-कभी डिवाइस के “सेक्शन हेड” में स्वचालित परिवर्तन होने से ऐसी त्रुटियां हो जाती हैं।

पुलिस ने बताया कि संबंधित ऑटो को नो पार्किंग में खड़ा होने के कारण चालान किया गया था, लेकिन सिस्टम में हेलमेट सेक्शन ऑटोमैटिकली दर्ज हो गया। बाद में रिकॉर्ड की जांच करने पर गलती का पता चला और चालान का शुद्धिकरण (Correction) कर दिया गया।

यातायात पुलिस ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि भविष्य में किसी वाहन का चालान गलत सेक्शन में हो जाए, तो चालक यातायात शाखा में प्रार्थना पत्र देकर सुधार करवा सकता है।

बीकानेर ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने यह भी कहा कि शहर में यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारू और पारदर्शी बनाए रखने के लिए लगातार डिजिटल चालान प्रणाली लागू की जा रही है, ताकि किसी भी गलती को तुरंत सुधारा जा सके और जनता को परेशानी न हो।

According to the traffic police, a video went viral on October 26th claiming that the automobile was challaned for not wearing a helmet. Police clarified that the city's online e-challan system processes the challan, and such errors sometimes occur due to automatic changes in the device's "section head."

Police stated that the automobile in question was challaned for parking in a no-parking area, but the helmet section was automatically entered into the system. Later, upon checking the records, the error was discovered and the challan was corrected.

The traffic police have appealed to citizens that if a vehicle is challaned in the wrong section in the future, the driver can request a correction by submitting a request to the traffic branch.

The Bikaner Traffic Police also said that the digital challan system is being implemented continuously to maintain smooth and transparent traffic management in the city, so that any mistakes can be rectified immediately and the public is not inconvenienced.
