आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने गुरुवार रात आबकारी नीति से जुड़े धन शोधन मामले (Delhi Excise Policy Case) में गिरफ्तार कर लिया. पद पर रहने के दौरान किसी सीएम की गिरफ्तारी का यह पहला मामला है, जिसके बाद देशभर में सियासत गरमा गई. राजस्थान के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस नेता अशोक गहलोत (Ashok Gehlot) ने भी इस गिरफ्तारी पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए इसे तानाशाही कदम बताया.

केन्द्रीय एजेंसियों के दुरुपयोग की पराकाष्ठा
अशोक गहलोत ने गुरुवार रात 12:50 बजे की गई अपनी एक्स पोस्ट में लिखा, 'पहले झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन एवं अब दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी केन्द्रीय एजेंसियों के दुरुपयोग की पराकाष्ठा है. ऐसा देश में पहली बार देखा जा रहा है कि संवैधानिक पदों पर बैठे नेताओं को गिरफ्तार किया जा रहा है. ईडी का काम केवल राजनीतिक तोड़-फोड़ करना ही रह गया है. लोकतंत्र की हत्या की जा रही है. ऐसा लगता है कि दिन रात 400 पार का शोर मचा रही भाजपा को 200 सीटों का भी आत्मविश्वास नहीं है. इसलिए इस तरह के तानाशाही कदम रोज उठाए जा रहे हैं.

आज जयपुर में होगा बड़ा प्रदर्शन
वहीं आम आदमी पार्टी के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष नवीन पालीवाल ने अपना एक वीडियो एक्स पर शेयर करते हुए कहा, 'ईडी के द्वारा हमारे कट्टर ईमानदार मुख्यमंत्री और आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. विरोध लाजमी है. अब संग्राम सड़कों पर होगा. मैं राजस्थान के सारे क्रांतिकारी साथियों से अपील करता हूं रातोंरात चलकर शुक्रवार सुबह प्रदेश कार्यालय पर पहुंचें. आज जयपुर के अंदर भारी विरोध प्रदर्शन किया जाएगा.' 

कट्टर ईमानदार पार्टी और उस के ईमानदार सेवाभावी नेता से घबराई बीजेपी ने आख़िर हमारे राष्ट्रीय संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल जी को असंवैधानिक रूप से गिरफ़्तार कर लिया है।

आखिर क्या है ये पूरा मामला?
यह मामला 2021-22 के लिए दिल्ली आबकारी नीति तैयार करने और उसे लागू करने में कथित भ्रष्टाचार एवं धन शोधन से संबद्ध है. हालांकि, बाद में यह नीति रद्द कर दी गई. आप नेता मनीष सिसोदिया और संजय सिंह मामले में न्यायिक हिरासत में हैं. ईडी के आरोपपत्र में केजरीवाल के नाम का उल्लेख कई बार किया गया है. एजेंसी का आरोप है कि आरोपी आबकारी नीति बनाने के लिए केजरीवाल के संपर्क में थे. यह नीति बनाने और इसे लागू करने के लिए आप पर रिश्वत लेने का आरोप हैं. ईडी ने हाल में एक बयान में आरोप लगाया था कि बीआरएस नेता कविता (46) और कुछ अन्य ने आम आदमी पार्टी को 100 करोड़ रुपये अदा कर आबकारी नीति में फायदा पाने के लिए केजरीवाल और सिसोदिया जैसे आप के शीर्ष नेताओं के साथ साजिश रची थी.

Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party state president Naveen Paliwal, while sharing a video on Instagram, said, 'Our staunchly honest Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested by the ED. Protest is inevitable. Now the fight will take place on the streets. I appeal to all the revolutionary friends of Rajasthan to march overnight and reach the state office on Friday morning. There will be a massive protest inside Jaipur today.

What is this whole matter after all?
This case pertains to alleged corruption and money laundering in the preparation and implementation of Delhi Excise Policy for 2021-22. However, this policy was later canceled. AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are in judicial custody in the case. Kejriwal's name has been mentioned several times in the ED chargesheet. The agency alleges that the accused were in contact with Kejriwal to formulate excise policy. You are accused of taking bribe to formulate and implement this policy. The ED had recently alleged in a statement that BRS leader Kavita (46) and some others had conspired with top AAP leaders like Kejriwal and Sisodia to get benefits in excise policy by paying Rs 100 crore to the Aam Aadmi Party. .
