शहर के कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र से एक धोखाधड़ी का मामला सामने आया है, जिसने स्थानीय व्यापारिक जगत में सनसनी फैला दी है। नापासर निवासी हरीशंकर सोनी, जो बीकानेर के प्रसिद्ध जीबी मार्केट में “करनी गोल्ड ट्रेडिंग” नाम से दुकान संचालित करते हैं, ने दो व्यक्तियों पर सोना हड़पने और धोखाधड़ी करने का आरोप लगाया है।

हरीशंकर सोनी ने इस संबंध में कोतवाली थाना में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, लक्ष्मण पाटिल और सचिन चौहान नामक व्यक्तियों ने व्यापारिक लेन-देन के बहाने उनसे सोना लिया और बाद में उसे वापस नहीं किया। कई बार संपर्क करने के बावजूद जब दोनों ने सोना लौटाने से इनकार किया, तब व्यापारी ने पुलिस की शरण ली।

प्रार्थी हरीशंकर सोनी ने बताया कि दोनों आरोपी उन्हें जान-पहचान में थे और उन्होंने सोना खरीदने का भरोसा दिलाया था। लेकिन बाद में उन्होंने बहाने बनाते हुए सोना अपने पास रख लिया। जब बार-बार बात करने के बावजूद कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ, तो उन्होंने कानूनी कार्रवाई का रास्ता अपनाया।

पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। यह केस भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 318(4) और 316(2) के तहत दर्ज किया गया है, जो धोखाधड़ी और विश्वासघात से संबंधित प्रावधान हैं। फिलहाल पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ जांच शुरू कर दी है।

कोतवाली पुलिस के अनुसार, शुरुआती जांच में यह स्पष्ट हुआ है कि आरोपियों ने व्यापारी से सोना व्यापारिक लेन-देन के रूप में लिया था, लेकिन उसे वापस नहीं किया। पुलिस अब दोनों आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी है और व्यापार से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की जांच कर रही है।

इस घटना के बाद जीबी मार्केट के अन्य ज्वेलर्स और व्यापारियों में चिंता का माहौल है। कई व्यापारियों ने कहा कि हाल के समय में ऐसे फर्जी सौदे और विश्वासघात के मामले बढ़े हैं, जिससे व्यापारिक विश्वसनीयता पर असर पड़ रहा है।

After repeated attempts to contact them failed, the businessman approached the police.

The complainant, Harishankar Soni, stated that both the accused were known to him and had assured him that they would buy the gold. However, they later kept the gold for themselves under false pretenses. When repeated attempts to resolve the matter failed, he resorted to legal action.

The police have registered a case based on the complaint. The case has been registered under sections 318(4) and 316(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which pertain to fraud and breach of trust. The police have started an investigation against both the accused.

According to the Kotwali police, the initial investigation has revealed that the accused took the gold from the businessman as part of a business transaction but did not return it. The police are now searching for both the accused and are examining the business-related documents.

Following this incident, there is an atmosphere of concern among other jewelers and traders in GB Market. Several traders said that such cases of fraudulent deals and breaches of trust have increased recently, affecting business credibility.

Police officials said that both the accused will be interrogated soon, and if the crime is proven, strict action will be taken.
