बिना बताए घर से चली गई पत्नी, पति ने सिर में हथौड़ा मारकर दी दर्दनाक मौत

डूंगरपुर  जिले की रामसागड़ा थाना पुलिस  में 22 दिन पहले एक महिला की हत्या का मामला सामने आया था. इस मामले में पुलिस ने  हाल ही में आरोपी पति को गिरफ्तार किया है. जिसमें उसने अपने अपराध को कबूल किया है. उसने बताया कि  पति ने अपनी पत्नी के सिर पर हथौड़े से हमला कर हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था. इसके बाद सबूत मिटाकर बाथरूम में नीचे गिरने से उसकी मौत बताई थी. 

दादा ने थाने पर दर्ज कराई रिपोर्ट
मामले को लेकर रामसागड़ा थाना प्रभारी गोपालनाथ ने बताया कि मृतका के दादा बीरबल ने 22 दिन पहले थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी. इसमें उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी पोती लक्ष्मी लबाना का ससुराल गामड़ी अहाड़ा में है, जहां अचानक बाथरूम में गिरकर उसकी मौत हो गई. लेकिन उन्हें उसकी हत्या का संदेह है. पुलिस ने दादा की ओर से मामला दर्ज कर हत्या के एंगल से मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी थी. साथ ही महिला की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में पति के जरिए बाथरूम से गिरने से चोट लगने का जिक्र नहीं था. इस पर पुलिस को ससुराल वालों के जरिए बताई गई मौत की वजह पर शक हुआ, क्योंकि रिपोर्ट में मौत की वजह महिला के सिर पर किसी वस्तु से हमला बताया गया था.

पुलिस को सबसे पहले पति हरीश अहाड़ा पर शक हुआ. उससे पूछताछ करने पर वह बार-बार तथ्य बदलकर पुलिस को गुमराह करने की कोशश कर रहा था,  लेकिन सख्ती से पूछताछ  करने पर उसने अपना जुर्म कबूल किया. थानाधिकारी ने बताया कि आरोपी पति हरीश ने हत्या की यह वारदात इसलिए की, क्योंकि उसकी अपनी पत्नी उसे बिना बताए घर से चली गई थी. घटना से दो दिन पहले ही उसके ससुराल वाले उसे गुजरात से लेकर आए थे. बिना बताए घर से जाने पर पति ने समाज में बदनामी के डर से गुस्से में आकर पत्नी के सिर पर हथौड़े से हमला कर दिया.जिससे उसकी मौत हो गई, लेकिन पति ने बाथरूम से गिरने का बहाना बनाकर सीधे सर पर वार कर गुमराह करने की कोशिश की. पुलिस ने मामले में आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर आगे पूछताछ कर रही है.

A case of murder of a woman came to light 22 days ago in Ramsagada police station of Dungarpur district. In this case, the police has recently arrested the accused husband. In which he has confessed his crime. He told that the husband had committed the crime of murder by attacking his wife on the head with a hammer. After this, he had told that she died by falling down in the bathroom after erasing the evidence.

Grandfather lodged a report at the police station

Regarding the case, Ramsagada police station in-charge Gopalnath said that the deceased's grandfather Birbal had lodged a report at the police station 22 days ago. In this, he told that his granddaughter Lakshmi Labana's in-laws are in Gamdi Ahada, where she suddenly died after falling in the bathroom. But he suspects her murder. The police had registered a case on behalf of the grandfather and started investigating the case from the angle of murder. Also, there was no mention of injury due to falling from the bathroom by the husband in the post-mortem report of the woman. On this, the police doubted the reason of death given by the in-laws, because in the report the reason of death was stated to be an attack on the woman's head with some object.

The police first suspected the husband Harish Ahada. On questioning him, he was repeatedly trying to mislead the police by changing the facts, but on strict interrogation he confessed his crime. The SHO said that the accused husband Harish committed this murder because his own wife had left the house without informing him. Two days before the incident, her in-laws had brought her from Gujarat. The husband, fearing social disgrace, got angry and attacked his wife's head with a hammer, which led to her death, but the husband tried to mislead by making an excuse of falling from the bathroom and hitting her directly on the head. The police have arrested the accused in the case and are further interrogating him.
