महिला जज से लूट के मामले में नाबालिग सहित दो आरोपी डिटेन, बीकानेर पुलिस की बड़ी कार्रवाई

कलेक्टर की कोठी के पास प्रशिक्षु महिला जज से लूट और मारपीट करने वाले नाबालिग सहित दो आरोपियों को बीकानेर पुलिस ने डिटेन कर लिया है। वारदात 21 अक्टूबर की शाम को हुई थी जब महिला जज पूजा जनागल स्कूटी से ब्रह्मकुमारी सर्किल से होते हुए कलेक्टर आवास की ओर जा रही थीं।

उसी दौरान बाइक पर आए दो नकाबपोश युवकों ने उन्हें गिराकर सोने की चेन और पर्स लूटने की कोशिश की। इस घटना में पूजा जनागल को नाक, ठुड्डी और दांत पर गंभीर चोटें आईं।

घटना के बाद बीकानेर पुलिस ने 25 अधिकारियों की 10 टीमें गठित कीं और 100 से अधिक CCTV फुटेज खंगाले। फुटेज में संदिग्ध गतिविधियां मिलने पर पुलिस ने इन्द्रा कॉलोनी निवासी कुशाल मेहरा और एक नाबालिग को चिन्हित कर डिटेन किया।

एएसपी सिटी सौरभ तिवाड़ी ने बताया कि दोनों आरोपियों ने पहले पीबीएम अस्पताल के बच्चा वार्ड से बाइक चोरी की थी और उसी बाइक से लूट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। दोनों आरोपी चोटिल हैं और ट्रॉमा सेंटर में भर्ती हैं।

जानकारी के अनुसार, कुशाल मेहरा के खिलाफ पहले भी सदर और बीछवाल थानों में दो-दो आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं। पुलिस ने वारदात में इस्तेमाल की गई चोरी की बाइक भी बरामद कर ली है।

इस खुलासे में आईपीएस विशाल जांगिड़, एसएचओ दिगपाल सिंह, सुरेन्द्र पचार, और एएसआई दीपक यादव की टीम की अहम भूमिका रही।

Bikaner Police have detained two accused, including a minor, who allegedly robbed and assaulted a female trainee judge near the Collector's residence. The incident occurred on the evening of October 21st when the female judge, Pooja Janagal, was riding her scooter through Brahmakumari Circle toward the Collector's residence.

Two masked men on a motorcycle attempted to snatch her gold chain and purse, knocking her down. Pooja Janagal suffered serious injuries to her nose, chin, and teeth.

Following the incident, Bikaner Police formed 10 teams of 25 officers and scanned over 100 CCTV footage. Finding suspicious activity in the footage, police identified and detained Kushal Mehra, a resident of Indira Colony, and a minor.

ASP City Saurabh Tiwari stated that the two accused had previously stolen a bike from the children's ward of PBM Hospital and used the same bike to commit the robbery. Both accused are injured and are admitted to the trauma center.

According to information, Kushal Mehra has two previous criminal cases registered against him at the Sadar and Bichwal police stations. Police have also recovered the stolen bike used in the crime.

The team of IPS Vishal Jangid, SHO Digpal Singh, Surendra Pachhar, and ASI Deepak Yadav played a key role in this discovery.
