तेज गति से निकलती मोटरसाइकिलों से पटाखे की तरह आती आवाज, यह कोई बारूद की नहीं, बल्कि नए प्रकार के साइलेंसर की है। कस्बे व आसपास क्षेत्र में गत कुछ वर्षों में मोटरसाइकिलों में नए प्रकार के साइलेंसर लगवाकर तेज आवाज के साथ पटाखे बजाने का शौक आमजन को परेशानी हो रही है। बावजूद इसके पुलिस की ओर से इन बाइक्स के विरुद्ध कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। 

गौरतलब है कि बीते कुछ वर्षों में युवाओं में भारी मोटरसाइकिलें चलाने का क्रेज बढ़ रहा है। महंगी बाइक लाकर युवा उनका साइलेंसर बदलवा देते है। इसके बाद इन साइलेंसर से तेज आवाज के साथ पटाखे की आवाज निकलती है। जिसके कारण आमजन को परेशानी हो रही है। यही नहीं ये युवा इन बाइक्स को मुख्य मार्गों, चौराहों के साथ गली मोहल्लों में लेकर तेज गति के साथ घूमते है। इस दौरान तेज कर्कश आवाज और पटाखों की गूंज से आमजन को परेशानी हो रही है। बावजूद इसके पुलिस की ओर से इनके विरुद्ध कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। जिससे इन मोटरसाइकिल चालकों के हौसले भी बुलंद हो रहे है।

लगातार बढ़ रही संख्या
कस्बे के साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ही युवाओं में ऐसी मोटरसाइकिलों का क्र्रेज बढ़ रहा है। युवाओं की ओर से बाइक्स लेकर उनमें साइलेंसर अलग से लगवाते है। तेज गति करने के बाद ऑन-ऑफ के बटन को दबाने से चिंगारियों के साथ पटाखे की आवाज निकलती है। यह आवाज इतनी जोर की होती है कि पास खड़ा व्यक्ति एक बार हकबका जाता है।

नींद होती है खराब, तबीयत बिगडऩे की आशंका
कस्बे में ऐसी मोटरसाइकिलों की संख्या दिनोंदिन बढ़ रही है। ये युवा गली मोहल्लों में भी तेज गति से निकलते है। विशेष रूप से दोपहर में तेज धूप के दौरान जब लोग घरों में आराम करते है, तब तेज आवाज के साथ पटाखे बजाने से आमजन को परेशानी हो रही है। इसमें भी छोटे बच्चों, वृद्धों व बीमार लोगों की नींद खराब हो जाती है और उनकी तबीयत बिगडऩे की भी आशंका रहती है।

यह है नियम
यातायात नियमों के अंतर्गत बाइक में कंपनी जो साइलेंसर लगवाकर देती है, उसे बदलवा नहीं सकते है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति साइलेंंसर बदलवाकर तेज आवाज व पटाखे वाला साइलेंसर लगवाता है, तो पुलिस उसका चालान काटने के साथ साइलेंसर जब्त कर सकती है। इसके लिए मोटरयान अधिनियम में कार्रवाई का प्रावधान भी है।

ऐसी मोटरसाइकिलों के तेज गति से निकलने और पटाखे बजाने की शिकायतें मिली है। अभियान चलाकर ऐसी मोटरसाइकिलों के चालान काटने व साइलेंसर जब्त करने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

During this, the loud sound and echo of firecrackers is causing trouble to the common people. Despite this, no action is being taken against them by the police. Due to which the spirits of these motorcyclists are also increasing.

Continuously increasing numbers
The craze for such motorcycles is increasing among the youth in the town as well as in the rural areas. The youth buy the bikes and get silencers installed separately in them. After accelerating, pressing the on-off button produces a sound of firecrackers along with sparks. This sound is so loud that a person standing nearby is stunned.

Sleep is disturbed, there is a possibility of health deteriorating
The number of such motorcycles in the town is increasing day by day. These youth also move at high speed in the streets and neighborhoods. Especially in the afternoon during the hot sun when people rest in their homes, the loud sound of firecrackers is causing trouble to the common people. In this also, the sleep of small children, old people and sick people is disturbed and there is a possibility of their health deteriorating.

This is the rule

Under traffic rules, the silencer installed by the company in the bike cannot be replaced. If a person replaces the silencer with a loud and firecracker silencer, the police can challan him and confiscate the silencer. There is also a provision for action in the Motor Vehicles Act for this.

Action will be taken

Complaints have been received about such motorcycles moving at high speed and bursting firecrackers. Action will be taken to challan such motorcycles and confiscate the silencer by running a campaign.
