भाई बहन का रिश्ता हुआ तार-तार, भाई ने मौसेरी बहन को बनाया हवस का शिकार

हनुमानगढ़ जिले में मौसेरी बहन को ही हवस का शिकार बना डाला। आरोपी मौसी का लड़का नाबालिग बहन को बहला-फुसलाकर होटल ले गया। जहां नशीला पदार्थ पिलाकर दुष्कर्म किया। आरोपी ने कई दिनों तक बहन को घर में ही बंधक बनाकर रखा। पीडि़ता की मां ने नोहर थाने में आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया है। पुलिस के अनुसार बालिका का मेडिकल मुआयना करवाया जाएगा। बालिका की मां ने नोहर पुलिस थाना में मुकदमा दर्ज कराते हुए बताया कि वह मजदूरी करने गई तो पीछे से युवक नाबालिग को बहला-फुसलाकर ले गया। आरोपी पीडि़ता को नशीला पेय पदार्थ पिलाकर कई स्थानों पर ले गया और दुष्कर्म किया।

आरोप है कि आरोपी ने पीडि़ता को अपने घर में बंधक बनाकर रखा। इसके बाद 22 मई को रात के समय नोहर में एक जगह छोड़कर भाग गया। पीडि़ता ने घर पहुंचकर परिजनों को सारी बात बताई। दर्ज मामले के अनुसार कस्बे के वार्ड में रहने वाली 15 वर्षीय नाबालिग बच्ची की मां ने पुलिस को रिपोर्ट दी कि वह मजदूरी का काम करती है। 3 मई को उसके बच्चे घर में अकेले थे। दोपहर को करीब डेढ़ बजे पंजाब के इरनियांवाली निवासी मौसी का लड़का नाबालिग बेटी को यह कहकर ले गया कि तेरी मां बीमार है। उसने मेरे साथ चलने को कहा है। इस प्रकार आरोपी उसे बहला-फुसलाकर ले गया।

इसके बाद आरोपी उसे एक होटल में ले गया। जहां उसने पीडि़ता को पेय पदार्थ में नशीला पदार्थ मिलाकर पिला दिया। इसके बाद नशे की हालत में पीडि़ता के साथ दुष्कर्म किया। आरोपित ने बालिका के साथ पल्लू, बीकानेर व अपने घर में कई बार दुष्कर्म किया। किसी को बताने पर जान से मारने की धमकी दी। आरोप है कि युवक ने पीडि़ता को अपने घर में नजरबंद करके रखा। पुलिस ने पीडि़ता की मां की रिपोर्ट पर पॉक्सो सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले की जांच थाना प्रभारी ईश्वरानंद शर्मा कर रहे है।

The victim reached home and told the entire incident to her family members. According to the case registered, the mother of a 15-year-old minor girl living in the ward of the town reported to the police that she works as a labourer. On May 3, her children were alone at home. At around 1.30 in the afternoon, the aunt's son, a resident of Iraniyanwali, Punjab, took the minor daughter away saying that her mother was ill. He has asked to come with me. In this way the accused seduced her and took her away.

After this the accused took him to a hotel. Where he mixed intoxicants in the drink and made the victim drink it. After this, he raped the victim in an intoxicated state. The accused raped the girl several times in Pallu, Bikaner and his house. Threatened to kill if he told anyone. It is alleged that the young man kept the victim under house arrest in his house. On the report of the victim's mother, the police have registered a case under various sections including POCSO. Police station in-charge Ishwaranand Sharma is investigating the case.
