किराएदार के दुकान खाली न करने पर ठनका मालिक का माथा, आधी रात चला दी बुलडोजर

जोधपुर में तोड़ दी दुकान। राजस्थान के जोधपुर से हैरान करने वाली घटना सामने आई है। जहां मालिक और किराएदार के बीच दुकान को लेकर काफी दिनों से विवाद जारी था। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक बार-बार कहने के बाद भी जब दुकानदार ने शॉप खाली नहीं की तो ऑनर ने देर रात जेसीबी से गिरवा दी। मामला अब पुलिस थाने में पहुंचा गया है, जिसकी जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।

मामले पर शास्त्री नगर थाना पुलिस ने बताया-"रेजिडेंसी रोड पर एक बड़ी दुकान है, जिसमें कुलविंदर नाम का शख्स ढाबा चलाता है। ये शॉप किराएदार के पिता ने रेंट पर ले रखी है। इसी बीच मकान मालिक और ढाबे वाले के बीच में रेंट को लेकर और शॉप खाली करने को लेकर विवाद भी शुरू हो गया।"

भाई ने दी दुकान टूटने की जानकारी

बीती रात करीब 12:00 बजे कुलविंदर ढाबा बंद करने के बाद अपने घर गया। तड़के 4:00 बजे उसके भाई ने सूचना दी की दुकान गिरा दी गई है। जानकारी मिलते ही मौके पर परिवार के लोग पहुंचें। तुरंत पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम और अभय कमांड सेंटर को इसकी सूचना दी। CCTV फुटेज से पता चला कि JCB बुलडोजर से रात ढाई बजे बाद दुकान को तोड़ा गया है।

पहले भी दुकान में की गई तोड़फोड़ की कोशिश

किराएदार का आरोप है कि काफी समय से मकान मालिक दुकान खाली करने के लिए परेशान कर रहा है। इसको लेकर कुछ दिन पहले भी मालिक और उसके कुछ साथियों ने तोड़फोड़ करने की कोशिश की थी। इस सिलसिले में पुलिस को कुछ लोगों के नाम दिए गए थे, जो इस प्रकार है-अमाराराम प्रजापत, राजेंद्र कुमावत व हेमंत कांकरिया। हालांकि, उसके बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। वहीं फिलहाल किराए का विवाद कोर्ट में चल रहा है। हालांकि, मामले पर पुलिस ने कहा कि जांच पड़ताल कर रहे हैं। कानून के मुताबिक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

On the matter, Shastri Nagar police station said - "There is a big shop on Residency Road, in which a person named Kulwinder runs a dhaba. This shop is taken on rent by the tenant's father. Meanwhile, a dispute started between the landlord and the dhaba owner regarding rent and vacating the shop."

Brother informed about the demolition of the shop

Last night at around 12:00, Kulwinder went to his house after closing the dhaba. At 4:00 in the morning, his brother informed that the shop has been demolished. As soon as the information was received, the family members reached the spot. Immediately informed the police control room and Abhay Command Center. CCTV footage showed that the shop was demolished by a JCB bulldozer after 2.30 am.

Attempts were made to vandalize the shop earlier too

The tenant alleges that the landlord has been harassing him to vacate the shop for a long time. Regarding this, a few days ago also the owner and some of his associates had tried to vandalize it. In this connection, the names of some people were given to the police, which are as follows - Amararam Prajapat, Rajendra Kumawat and Hemant Kankaria. However, no action has been taken even after that. At present, the rent dispute is going on in the court. However, the police said that they are investigating the matter. Action will be taken as per the law.
