बीकानेर। रविवार देर रात बीकानेर रेलवे स्टेशन पर जम्मूतवी एक्सप्रेस के स्लीपर कोच में हुई चाकूबाजी की वारदात ने सनसनी फैला दी। इस वारदात में गुजरात निवासी सैन्य जवान जिगर कुमार की मौत हो गई।

जानकारी के अनुसार जिगर कुमार फिरोजाबाद से जम्मूतवी एक्सप्रेस में सवार होकर बीकानेर की ओर आ रहे थे। ट्रेन जब लूणकरणसर और बीकानेर स्टेशन के बीच थी, तब कोच में मौजूद कुछ कोच अटेंडेंट्स के साथ उनका किसी बात पर विवाद हो गया। विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि कोच अटेंडेंट्स ने सैन्य जवान पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया।

वारदात के बाद कोच में अफरा-तफरी मच गई। ट्रेन के बीकानेर पहुंचते ही घायल जवान को पीबीएम अस्पताल के ट्रॉमा सेंटर ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।

जीआरपी सीआई आनंद गिला ने बताया कि घटना के बाद कोच अटेंडेंट्स को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है। शुरुआती जांच में यह सामने आया है कि झगड़ा सीट को लेकर हुआ था, जो बाद में मारपीट और चाकूबाजी में बदल गया।

इस घटना की सूचना मिलते ही देर रात सैन्य अधिकारी भी पीबीएम अस्पताल पहुंचे और पूरी स्थिति की जानकारी ली। रेलवे पुलिस ने ट्रेन के स्लीपर कोच को कब्जे में लेकर फोरेंसिक जांच के लिए भेजा है।

घटना के बाद यात्रियों में डर और आक्रोश का माहौल है। लोगों ने रेलवे प्रशासन से मांग की है कि कोच अटेंडेंट्स की नियुक्ति और ट्रेन सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की सख्त जांच की जाए, ताकि इस तरह की घटनाएं दोबारा न हों।

बीकानेर जीआरपी और रेलवे सुरक्षा बल (RPF) ने मिलकर मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस के अनुसार, कोच अटेंडेंट्स के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया गया है और जल्द ही आरोपियों को कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा।

बीकानेर जैसे शांत शहर में हुई इस दर्दनाक घटना ने रेलवे सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

GRP CI Anand Gila stated that the coach attendants are being interrogated after the incident. Initial investigations have revealed that the dispute arose over a seat, which later escalated into a physical altercation and a stabbing.

Upon receiving information about the incident, military officials arrived at PBM Hospital late at night and inquired about the situation. Railway police have seized the train's sleeper coach and sent it for forensic examination.

Following the incident, passengers are filled with fear and anger. People have demanded that the railway administration conduct a thorough investigation into the appointment of coach attendants and train security arrangements to prevent such incidents from recurring.

The Bikaner GRP and the Railway Protection Force (RPF) have jointly launched an investigation into the matter. According to the police, a murder case has been registered against the coach attendants, and the accused will soon be brought to court.
