दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू स्थित स्पेशल CBI कोर्ट आज ‘नौकरी के बदले जमीन’ मामले में लालू प्रसाद यादव, राबड़ी देवी और तेजस्वी यादव के खिलाफ आरोप तय करने पर अपना महत्वपूर्ण आदेश सुना सकती है। बिहार की राजनीति से लेकर राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक चर्चा में रहे इस मामले को लेकर देशभर की नज़रें अदालत की कार्यवाही पर टिकी हुई हैं।

यह मामला उस समय का है जब लालू प्रसाद यादव वर्ष 2004 से 2009 तक केंद्र की UPA सरकार में रेल मंत्री थे। CBI की जांच के अनुसार, इस दौरान रेलवे में ग्रुप-D की नौकरियों में भारी अनियमितताएं हुईं। आरोप है कि नौकरी देने के बदले कई उम्मीदवारों से कम कीमत पर जमीनें ली गईं और उन संपत्तियों को लालू परिवार या उससे जुड़े लोगों के नाम ट्रांसफर करवाया गया।

CBI ने इस मामले में विस्तृत चार्जशीट दाखिल की है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि ये सभी गतिविधियां लालू यादव की जानकारी में की गईं। जांच एजेंसी का दावा है कि नौकरी पाने वाले उम्मीदवारों ने पहले जमीन हस्तांतरित की और बाद में रेलवे में नियुक्ति मिली।

पिछली सुनवाई 10 नवंबर को हुई थी, जिसमें कोर्ट ने सबूतों की गहन समीक्षा की आवश्यकता बताते हुए फैसला टाल दिया था। इससे पहले 25 अगस्त को अदालत ने आरोप तय करने पर अपना निर्णय सुरक्षित रख लिया था। आज की सुनवाई इस मामले में अगला महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानी जा रही है।

सुनवाई के दौरान एक बड़ा मोड़ तब आया जब पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री राबड़ी देवी ने आरोप लगाया कि केस की सुनवाई कर रहे जज उनके प्रति पक्षपातपूर्ण रवैया अपना रहे हैं। उन्होंने जज बदलने की मांग करते हुए अदालत में आवेदन दिया। इस पर कोर्ट ने CBI से जवाब मांगा है। हालांकि CBI ने पहले ही अदालत में कहा है कि उसके पास पर्याप्त दस्तावेजी सबूत उपलब्ध हैं, जिन्हें अदालत को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए।

इस मामले में लालू प्रसाद यादव, राबड़ी देवी और तेजस्वी यादव सहित कुल 14 आरोपी हैं। कोर्ट यह तय करेगी कि आरोप तय करने के लिए साक्ष्य पर्याप्त हैं या नहीं। यदि आरोप तय होते हैं, तो मामला औपचारिक रूप से ट्रायल में प्रवेश करेगा, जिससे लालू परिवार की कानूनी चुनौतियाँ और बढ़ सकती हैं।

राजनीतिक तौर पर भी यह मामला बेहद संवेदनशील है, क्योंकि हाल के बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव में हार के बाद लालू परिवार के लिए यह एक और बड़ा झटका बन सकता है। RJD इसे राजनीतिक षड्यंत्र बता रही है, जबकि CBI का कहना है कि यह पूरी तरह तथ्य और साक्ष्यों पर आधारित मामला है।

Lalu's family's troubles mount: CBI court likely to pronounce major verdict in 'land for job' case today

The special CBI court at Rouse Avenue in Delhi is expected to deliver its crucial order today on the framing of charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav in the "land for job" case. The court is closely watching the proceedings, which has been a topic of discussion from Bihar politics to the national level.

This case dates back to the time when Lalu Prasad Yadav was the Railway Minister in the UPA government at the Centre from 2004 to 2009. According to the CBI investigation, significant irregularities occurred in Group D jobs in the Railways during this period. It is alleged that land was acquired from many candidates at low prices in exchange for jobs, and these properties were transferred to the Lalu family or those associated with it.

There are a total of 14 accused in this case, including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi Yadav. The court will decide whether the evidence is sufficient to frame charges.
