राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर से एक बेहद अनोखी खबर सामने आई है जिसने पूरे शहर में चर्चा को जन्म दे दिया है। जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण (JDA) ने वैशाली नगर क्षेत्र में सड़क चौड़ीकरण के दौरान दुकानों और मकानों के साथ-साथ एक शिव मंदिर को भी अतिक्रमण की श्रेणी में रखते हुए नोटिस जारी कर दिया है। हैरान करने वाली बात यह है कि यह नोटिस किसी व्यक्ति, संस्था या ट्रस्ट के नाम नहीं, बल्कि सीधे “शिव मंदिर” के नाम से जारी किया गया है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, नोटिस मंदिर की बाहरी दीवार पर चस्पा किया गया है जिसमें हाईकोर्ट की पिटिशन संख्या 658/2024 में दिए गए आदेश का हवाला दिया गया है। JDA द्वारा किए गए PT सर्वे में पाया गया कि मंदिर की बाउंड्री वॉल सड़क की सीमा में लगभग 1.59 मीटर अंदर आ रही है, जिसे अतिक्रमण माना गया है। इस आधार पर मंदिर प्रशासन या जिम्मेदार पक्ष को 7 दिनों के भीतर जवाब पेश करने को कहा गया है।

स्थानीय लोगों के अनुसार, नोटिस सीधे मंदिर के नाम से जारी करना प्रक्रिया के हिसाब से गलत है। आमतौर पर इस तरह के नोटिस किसी व्यक्ति, धार्मिक ट्रस्ट अथवा प्रबंधन समिति के नाम से जारी होते हैं, क्योंकि मंदिर स्वयं दस्तावेज, जवाब या अपील प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सकता। यही कारण है कि क्षेत्र में लोग यह कहकर हैरान हैं कि आखिर JDA के नोटिस का जवाब कौन देगा?

नोटिस जारी होने के बाद वैशाली नगर और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में चर्चा तेज हो गई है। कई लोगों का कहना है कि मंदिर कई वर्षों से यहां मौजूद है और स्थानीय धार्मिक भावनाओं से जुड़ा है। दूसरी ओर, JDA का कहना है कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों की पालना करते हुए सड़क चौड़ीकरण परियोजना में आने वाले सभी निर्माण—चाहे वह दुकान हो, आवास हो या धार्मिक संरचना—को नियमानुसार नोटिस देना आवश्यक है।

JDA की प्रवर्तन शाखा के अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया कि उन्हें प्राप्त PT सर्वे रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कार्रवाई की गई है। यदि मंदिर या उसके संरक्षकों के पास वैध दस्तावेज उपलब्ध हैं, तो वे निर्धारित समय में प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद तकनीकी और विधिक स्तर पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

इस घटना ने सोशल मीडिया पर भी काफी स्थान हासिल किया है। कई लोग इसे प्रशासन की नियमों के प्रति सख्ती मान रहे हैं, जबकि कुछ इसे असंवेदनशीलता के रूप में देख रहे हैं। फिलहाल मंदिर से जुड़े लोगों या किसी ट्रस्ट की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है।

According to information received, the notice was pasted on the temple's outer wall, citing the High Court's order in Petition No. 658/2024. A JDA-conducted inspection survey found that the temple's boundary wall extends approximately 1.59 meters into the road, constituting encroachment. Based on this, the temple administration or the responsible party has been asked to submit a response within 7 days.

According to local residents, issuing a notice directly to the temple is procedurally incorrect. On the other hand, the JDA maintains that, in compliance with High Court orders, it is mandatory to issue notices to all constructions—whether shops, residences, or religious structures—that fall within the road widening project.

JDA enforcement branch officials clarified that action was taken based on the PT survey report they received. If the temple or its patrons have valid documents, they can submit them within the stipulated time. A decision will then be taken at the technical and legal level.

This incident has also gained considerable traction on social media. Many are interpreting this as the administration's strict adherence to rules, while others are viewing it as insensitivity. At present, there has been no official response from anyone associated with the temple or any trust.
