बीकानेर जिले में देर रात हाईवे पर एक दर्दनाक हादसा सामने आया है, जिसने पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैला दी। जानकारी के अनुसार नौरंगदेसर स्टैंड के पास गुरुवार देर रात एक तेज रफ्तार ट्रक ने सड़क पार कर रहे भेड़ों के झुंड को जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। टक्कर इतनी भीषण थी कि मौके पर ही एक दर्जन से अधिक भेड़ों की मौत हो गई, जबकि कई भेड़ें गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गईं।

हादसे के तुरंत बाद हाईवे पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। सड़क पर खून और मांस के लोथड़े बिखरे हुए थे, जिससे दृश्य बेहद हृदयविदारक हो गया। घटना के बाद सड़क के दोनों ओर वाहनों की लंबी कतारें लग गईं, जिसके कारण यातायात करीब एक घंटे तक बाधित रहा।

हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही हाईवे पेट्रोलिंग टीम बीकानेर मौके पर पहुंची और स्थिति को नियंत्रण में लेने की कोशिश शुरू की। टीम ने ट्रैफिक को सुचारु करने के प्रयास किए और नापासर पुलिस को घटना की सूचना दी। पुलिस टीम भी घटनास्थल पर पहुंची और मृत भेड़ों को सड़क से हटाने में स्थानीय लोगों की मदद ली।

बताया जा रहा है कि हादसे के बाद ट्रक चालक वाहन सहित फरार हो गया। पुलिस उसकी तलाश में जुटी हुई है और हाइवे पर लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज खंगाले जा रहे हैं। पुलिस का कहना है कि ट्रक की पहचान जल्द कर ली जाएगी और आरोपी चालक के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

भेड़ मालिक इस हादसे से गहरे सदमे में हैं। उनका कहना है कि अचानक आए तेज रफ्तार ट्रक ने पूरे झुंड को रौंद दिया, जिससे भारी आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है। स्थानीय लोगों ने प्रशासन से पीड़ित पशुपालक को उचित मुआवजा दिलाने की मांग भी की है।
