बीकानेर। पूगल के दो पटवार मंडलों में फर्जी जमीन आवंटन कर सरकार को करीब 40 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान पहुंचाने के मामले में एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो (ACB) ने दो RAS सहित 14 अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है।

क्या है पूरा मामला?

जांच में सामने आया कि पूगल उपखंड के करणीसर भाटियान और बांदरेवाला पटवार मंडल में 2010 बीघा (508.68 हेक्टेयर) जमीन का फर्जी आवंटन किया गया। इस गड़बड़ी के कारण सरकार को 40 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान हुआ।

छत्तरगढ़ में पहले भी ऐसा घोटाला सामने आया था, जहां 1516 हेक्टेयर जमीन का फर्जी आवंटन कर सरकार को 25 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान हुआ था।

जांच में हुआ खुलासा

राजस्व विभाग द्वारा गठित जांच कमेटी ने 2023 में पूगल में पिछले 10 वर्षों में हुए जमीन आवंटन की समीक्षा की। कमेटी ने पाया कि अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की मिलीभगत से बड़े स्तर पर धांधली की गई थी।

इस जांच कमेटी में शामिल अधिकारी:

  • ML नेहरा (अतिरिक्त आयुक्त, सीएडी, IGNP)
  • यक्ष चौधरी (प्रशिक्षु IAS, ADM सिटी)
  • श्रवण सिंह चारण (राजस्व लेखाधिकारी, उपनिवेशन विभाग)
  • कपिल तंवर (वरिष्ठ विधि अधिकारी, कलेक्ट्रेट)

ACB ने इन 14 अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया:

ACB कर रही जांच

ACB बीकानेर चौकी के एएसपी महावीर प्रसाद शर्मा की रिपोर्ट पर जयपुर मुख्यालय ने इन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। अब ACB स्पेशल यूनिट के एएसपी आशीष कुमार को इसकी जांच सौंपी गई है।

निष्कर्ष

राजस्थान में सरकारी जमीन के फर्जी आवंटन का यह दूसरा बड़ा मामला है। पहले छत्तरगढ़ में 1516 हेक्टेयर जमीन के फर्जी आवंटन का मामला सामने आया था, अब पूगल में 2010 बीघा जमीन घोटाले का खुलासा हुआ है। जांच के बाद दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की संभावना है।

Bikaner. The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered an FIR against 14 officers and employees including two RAS in the case of causing a loss of about Rs 40 crore to the government by fake land allotment in two Patwar Mandals of Pogal.

What is the whole matter?

Investigation revealed that 2010 bigha (508.68 hectares) of land was fakely allotted in Karnisar Bhatiyan and Bandrewala Patwar Mandal of Pogal subdivision. Due to this irregularity, the government suffered a loss of Rs 40 crore.

Such a scam had come to light earlier in Chhatargarh, where the government suffered a loss of Rs 25 crore by fake allotment of 1516 hectares of land.

Revealed in investigation

The investigation committee constituted by the Revenue Department reviewed the land allotment done in Pogal in the last 10 years in 2023. The committee found that large-scale rigging was done with the connivance of officers and employees.

On the report of ASP Mahavir Prasad Sharma of ACB Bikaner outpost, Jaipur headquarters has registered a case against these officers. Now ASP Ashish Kumar of ACB Special Unit has been entrusted with its investigation.

Conclusion

This is the second major case of fake allotment of government land in Rajasthan. Earlier, a case of fake allotment of 1516 hectares of land came to light in Chhatargarh, now a 2010 bigha land scam has been exposed in Pogal. After investigation, strict action is likely to be taken against the culprits.
