बीकानेर में 25 नवंबर को भव्य संविधान दिवस समारोह, केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल होंगे मुख्य अतिथि

बीकानेर में संविधान दिवस को लेकर तैयारियां अंतिम चरण में हैं। सांसद सेवा केन्द्र, बीकानेर में आयोजित संविधान दिवस समारोह समिति की बैठक में इस वर्ष के कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत रूपरेखा तय की गई। समिति के अध्यक्ष पप्पूराम पंवार ने बताया कि पहले 26 नवंबर को देशभर में कानून दिवस के रूप में कार्यक्रम होते थे, लेकिन वर्तमान मोदी सरकार के प्रयासों से इसे आधिकारिक रूप से “संविधान दिवस” के रूप में मनाए जाने की परंपरा शुरू हुई। इसके पीछे केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल की प्रमुख भूमिका रही है। बीकानेर में भी वर्ष 2016 से लगातार इस दिवस का भव्य आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

इस वर्ष संविधान दिवस समारोह 25 नवंबर 2025 को रवीन्द्र रंगमंच में दोपहर 3 बजे आयोजित किया जाएगा। मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में केंद्रीय कानून मंत्री अर्जुनराम मेघवाल उपस्थित रहेंगे। विशिष्ट अतिथियों में कैबिनेट मंत्री सुमित गोदारा, पूर्व विधायक सिद्धि कुमारी, खाजूवाला विधायक विश्वनाथ मेघवाल, श्रीडूंगरगढ़ विधायक ताराचंद सारस्वत, बीकानेर पश्चिम विधायक जेठानंद व्यास शामिल होंगे। मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में राष्ट्रीय मंत्री गुरूरविदास विश्व महापीठ रविशेखर मेघवाल मंच पर विचार प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

कार्यक्रम में संभागीय आयुक्त विश्राम मीणा, जिला कलक्टर कुलराज मीणा, पुलिस अधीक्षक कावेन्द्र सागर, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक बी.एल. मीणा, पीबीएम अस्पताल के प्राचार्य डॉ. सुरेन्द्र वर्मा सहित कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और समाज के गणमान्य लोग उपस्थित रहेंगे।

इस वर्ष भारतीय संविधान को राष्ट्र को समर्पित हुए 77 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष में एक विशेष पहल की जा रही है। समारोह के दौरान चिकित्सकों को भारतीय संविधान की प्रति भेंट कर सम्मानित किया जाएगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य समाज में संविधान की महत्ता और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों के प्रति जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देना है।

कार्यक्रम में संविधान के महत्व पर विचार गोष्ठी, सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां, जन-जागरूकता गतिविधियां और प्रेरणादायक भाषण शामिल होंगे। समिति की बैठक में यह भी तय किया गया कि युवाओं को संविधान के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए विशेष पुस्तिकाओं का वितरण किया जाएगा।

बैठक में दुर्गादत्त चन्दन, मोतिलाल परिहार, संतोष मेहरड़ा, अशोक जनागल, चेतनराम बालान, देवराज हाटीला, ललित राठौड़, लक्ष्मण ईणखिया, भवानीशंकर, ताराचंद जनागल, राकेश कंडारा सहित कई गणमान्य सदस्य उपस्थित रहे। सभी ने सामूहिक रूप से संविधान दिवस 2025 को बीकानेर में ऐतिहासिक और भव्य बनाने का संकल्प लिया।

Preparations for Constitution Day in Bikaner are in the final stages. The Constitution Day Celebration Committee, held at the Member of Parliament's Service Center in Bikaner, finalized the detailed outline of this year's program. Committee Chairman Pappuram Panwar explained that previously, programs were held nationwide on November 26th as Law Day. However, the efforts of the current Modi government led to the official celebration of Constitution Day. Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal played a key role in this initiative. Bikaner has also been celebrating this day with great fanfare since 2016.

This year's Constitution Day celebration will be held on November 25th, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Ravindra Rangmanch. Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal will be the chief guest. Special guests will include Cabinet Minister Sumit Godara, former MLA Siddhi Kumari, Khajuwala MLA Vishwanath Meghwal, Sridungargarh MLA Tarachand Saraswat, and Bikaner West MLA Jethananand Vyas. National Minister of Guru Ravidas Vishwa Mahapeeth Ravishankar Meghwal will present his views on the stage as the keynote speaker.

Divisional Commissioner Vishram Meena, District Collector Kulraj Meena, Superintendent of Police Kavendra Sagar, Additional Superintendent of Police B.L. Meena, Principal of PBM Hospital Dr. Surendra Verma, along with several senior officials and prominent figures from the society will be present at the event.

This year, a special initiative is being taken to mark the 77th anniversary of the Indian Constitution being dedicated to the nation. During the ceremony, doctors will be honored with copies of the Indian Constitution. This initiative aims to promote awareness of the Constitution's importance and democratic values ​​in society.

The program will include a discussion on the importance of the Constitution, cultural presentations, public awareness activities, and inspirational speeches. It was also decided at the committee meeting that special booklets will be distributed to create awareness among youth about the Constitution.

Many prominent members, including Durgadutt Chandan, Motilal Parihar, Santosh Mehrada, Ashok Janagal, Chetanram Balan, Devraj Hattila, Lalit Rathod, Laxman Inakhia, Bhawani Shankar, Tarachand Janagal, and Rakesh Kandara, were present at the meeting. They collectively resolved to make Constitution Day 2025 a historic and grand event in Bikaner.
