श्रीडूंगरगढ़ पुलिस थाना क्षेत्र के कालुबास इलाके से एक गंभीर अपराध का मामला सामने आया है, जहां गाली-गलौच करते हुए युवक के साथ मारपीट कर उस पर लूटपाट की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया। घटना 29 नवंबर की है। पीड़ित करण पारीक पुत्र श्यामसुंदर निवासी कालुबास ने इस संबंध में श्रीडूंगरगढ़ थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है, जिसमें तीन लोगों को नामजद आरोपी बताया गया है।

परिवादी के अनुसार, वह अपने दैनिक कार्य में व्यस्त था, तभी विकास सोनी, विष्णु शर्मा और संदीप नामक युवक उसके पास पहुंचे और बिना किसी कारण के उससे कहासुनी करने लगे। परिवादी का कहना है कि थोड़ी ही देर में विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि आरोपियों ने उसके साथ गाली-गलौच करना शुरू कर दिया। स्थिति संभलने से पहले ही आरोपियों ने उस पर हमला कर दिया और उसे बुरी तरह पीटा।

मामला सिर्फ मारपीट तक सीमित नहीं रहा। परिवादी ने बताया कि आरोपियों ने उसके साथ मारपीट करने के बाद उसके सोने के आभूषणों को भी जबरन छीन लिया। उसके अनुसार, आरोपियों ने 35 ग्राम की सोने की चैन और 30 ग्राम का सोने का ब्रासलेट जबरन उतारकर अपने कब्जे में ले लिए। दोनों आभूषणों की संयुक्त कीमत लाखों में बताई जा रही है।

पीड़ित द्वारा शोर मचाने और स्थानीय लोगों के आने की संभावना देख आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गए। इसके बाद पीड़ित थाने पहुंचा और पूरी घटना की जानकारी पुलिस को दी। पुलिस ने गंभीरता को देखते हुए तुरंत मामला दर्ज कर लिया और तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी।

श्रीडूंगरगढ़ पुलिस अब आसपास के CCTV फुटेज, प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के बयान और घटनास्थल की परिस्थितियों को आधार बनाकर जांच को आगे बढ़ा रही है। पुलिस सूत्रों का कहना है कि यदि लूटे गए सोने के आभूषणों को बेचने या गिरवी रखने की कोशिश की जाएगी तो पुलिस आसानी से आरोपियों तक पहुंच सकती है। फिलहाल आरोपी फरार हैं और पुलिस उनकी तलाश में दबिश दे रही है।

स्थानीय निवासियों में इस घटना को लेकर आक्रोश है। लोगों ने कहा कि लगातार बढ़ रही आपराधिक घटनाओं पर काबू पाने के लिए पुलिस को और सख्ती बरतनी चाहिए। वहीं पीड़ित करण पारीक ने न्याय की उम्मीद जताते हुए कहा कि इस घटना ने उसे मानसिक और आर्थिक दोनों तरह से नुकसान पहुंचाया है।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया है कि आरोपियों को जल्द गिरफ्तार कर मामले का खुलासा किया जाएगा। घटना ने इलाके में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं और स्थानीय लोगों ने पुलिस गश्त बढ़ाने की मांग की है।

According to the complainant, he was busy with his daily chores when young men named Vikas Soni, Vishnu Sharma, and Sandeep approached him and began an argument without any reason. The complainant states that the argument escalated to the point where the accused began abusing him. Before the situation could be resolved, they attacked him and severely beat him.

The incident was not limited to just the assault. The complainant stated that after assaulting him, the accused also forcibly took away his gold jewelry. According to him, the accused forcibly removed a 35-gram gold chain and a 30-gram gold bracelet. The combined value of both ornaments is estimated to be in the lakhs.

Seeing the victim's alarm and the possibility of locals arriving, the accused fled the scene. The victim then went to the police station and reported the incident to the police. Considering the seriousness of the situation, the police immediately registered a case and initiated an investigation against the three accused under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The Sridungargarh police are now investigating based on nearby CCTV footage, eyewitness accounts, and the circumstances at the scene. Police sources say that if any attempt is made to sell or pawn the stolen gold jewelry, the police can easily reach the accused. Currently, the accused are absconding, and the police are conducting raids to search for them.
