बीकानेर में जल संसाधन मंत्री सुरेश सिंह रावत का हुआ भव्य स्वागत, कर्मचारियों ने उठाई मांगें

बीकानेर, 3 जून 2025 – आज बीकानेर में इंदिरा गांधी नहर परियोजना संयुक्त संघर्ष समिति द्वारा माननीय जल संसाधन मंत्री श्री सुरेश सिंह रावत का भव्य स्वागत सर्किट हाउस में किया गया। समिति के संयोजक श्री भंवर लाल पुरोहित के नेतृत्व में कर्मचारियों ने मंत्री को साफा पहनाकर और मरू गंगा पुस्तिका भेंट कर सम्मानित किया।

समिति ने रखीं प्रमुख मांगें
समिति ने नहर निर्माण में मजदूरों, कर्मचारियों और अभियंताओं की भूमिका को रेखांकित करते हुए वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजन लाल शर्मा और मंत्री श्री रावत का आभार जताया। साथ ही, परियोजना के निर्माण, रखरखाव और संचालन के लिए बजट में पर्याप्त प्रावधान करने पर आभार व्यक्त किया गया।
श्री पुरोहित ने मंत्रालयिक संवर्ग में संस्थापन अधिकारी के ग्रेड पे में बढ़ोतरी और वरिष्ठ संस्थापन अधिकारी का पद सृजित करने की मांग की। इसके अलावा, ई-फाइल व्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के लिए पर्याप्त संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने की मांग भी प्रमुखता से उठाई गई।

भव्य स्वागत और सम्मान
समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री हितेश अजवानी, महामंत्री गुरूविन्द्र सिह, संयज स्वामी, सविता पुरोहित, अशोक रंगा, जेठमल सोलंकी सहित कई सदस्यों ने मंत्री श्री रावत का माला पहनाकर व शाल ओढ़ाकर स्वागत किया। प्रवक्ता जेठमल सोलंकी ने बताया कि समिति के अन्य सदस्यों ने जल संरक्षण योजनाओं के लिए सरकार का आभार व्यक्त किया।
अन्य प्रमुख सदस्यों में भंवर लाल शर्मा, बसन्त हजरती, प्रदीप गहलोत, राजेन्द्र चौहान, रघुवीर सिह, टिंकेश शर्मा, प्रमोद दीवान, सुनील सिह, मोहित खोईया, राजूपाल और अमजन खान ने भी मंत्री महोदय का माला पहनाकर स्वागत किया।

सरकार की योजनाओं की सराहना
इस अवसर पर इंदिरा गांधी नहर परियोजना की स्वर्ण जयंती पर प्रकाशित मरू गंगा पुस्तिका भेंट की गई। मंत्री श्री रावत ने कर्मचारियों की मांगों को गंभीरता से सुना और सकारात्मक विचार व्यक्त किए।

Water Resources Minister Suresh Singh Rawat received a grand welcome in Bikaner, employees raised their demands

Bikaner, June 3, 2025 – Today, in Bikaner, the Indira Gandhi Canal Project Joint Sangharsh Samiti gave a grand welcome to the Honorable Water Resources Minister Shri Suresh Singh Rawat at the Circuit House. Under the leadership of the convener of the committee, Shri Bhanwar Lal Purohit, the employees honored the minister by wearing a turban and presenting the Maru Ganga booklet.

The committee placed major demands
The committee expressed gratitude to the current Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma and Minister Shri Rawat, underlining the role of laborers, employees and engineers in the construction of the canal. Also, gratitude was expressed for making adequate provision in the budget for the construction, maintenance and operation of the project.

Mr. Purohit demanded an increase in the grade pay of the Establishment Officer in the ministerial cadre and creation of the post of Senior Establishment Officer. Apart from this, the demand for providing adequate resources to strengthen the e-file system was also raised prominently.

Grand welcome and honour

Many members including committee chairman Mr. Hitesh Ajwani, general secretary Guruvindra Singh, Sanjay Swami, Savita Purohit, Ashok Ranga, Jetmal Solanki welcomed minister Mr. Rawat by garlanding him and draping a shawl on him. Spokesperson Jetmal Solanki said that other members of the committee expressed their gratitude to the government for the water conservation schemes.

Among other prominent members, Bhanwar Lal Sharma, Basant Hazrati, Pradeep Gehlot, Rajendra Chauhan, Raghuveer Singh, Tinkesh Sharma, Pramod Dewan, Sunil Singh, Mohit Khoiya, Rajupal and Amjan Khan also welcomed the minister by garlanding him.

Appreciation of government schemes

On this occasion, the booklet Maru Ganga published on the golden jubilee of the Indira Gandhi Canal Project was presented. Minister Mr. Rawat listened to the demands of the employees seriously and expressed positive views.
