30 करोड़ धोखाधड़ी केस में विक्रम भट्ट को राहत नहीं, उदयपुर कोर्ट ने दूसरी जमानत याचिका भी खारिज की

बॉलीवुड डायरेक्टर विक्रम भट्ट और उनकी पत्नी श्वेतांबरी भट्ट को 30 करोड़ रुपये की कथित धोखाधड़ी के मामले में एक बार फिर अदालत से राहत नहीं मिली है। उदयपुर की महिला उत्पीड़न कोर्ट ने बुधवार को उनकी दूसरी जमानत याचिका भी खारिज कर दी। अदालत ने आदेश में स्पष्ट कहा कि केस में अभी अन्य आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी और पूछताछ शेष है, इसलिए इस चरण में जमानत देना उचित नहीं होगा।

इससे पहले भी एसीजेएम कोर्ट-4 ने उनकी पहली जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। अधिवक्ता कमलेश दवे के अनुसार याचिका खारिज होने के बाद मामला सत्र न्यायालय में लगाया गया, लेकिन जज अवकाश पर होने से सुनवाई लगातार टलती रही। अंततः महिला उत्पीड़न कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई और दूसरी याचिका भी नामंजूर कर दी गई। कोर्ट ने कहा कि आरोप गंभीर हैं और गवाहों के प्रभावित होने की आशंका हो सकती है। साथ ही मामला BNSS धारा 338 के तहत गैर-जमानती भी है।

यह मामला तब सामने आया जब इंदिरा ग्रुप कंपनीज के मालिक डॉ. अजय मुर्डिया ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्होंने फिल्म निर्माण के लिए विक्रम भट्ट के साथ 42 करोड़ रुपये का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट किया था। बाद में उन्हें धोखाधड़ी की आशंका हुई और 17 नवंबर को उदयपुर में विक्रम भट्ट सहित 8 लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। पुलिस इस केस में पहले ही भट्ट के को-प्रोड्यूसर महबूब अंसारी और फर्जी वेंडर संदीप को मुंबई से गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।

विक्रम भट्ट और श्वेतांबरी भट्ट को 7 दिसंबर को मुंबई स्थित निवास से हिरासत में लिया गया था। 9 दिसंबर को दोनों को उदयपुर अदालत में पेश किया गया और पुलिस रिमांड दिया गया। रिमांड समाप्त होने पर दोनों को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। फिलहाल दोनों जेल में हैं और अब राहत केवल राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट से मिलने की उम्मीद बची है। हालांकि, हाईकोर्ट अवकाश में होने के कारण नए साल तक सुनवाई संभवना कम है।

इससे पहले राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में गिरफ्तारी रोक से जुड़े मामले में सुनवाई हुई थी, जिसमें अदालत ने आईजी, एसपी और जांच अधिकारी को उपस्थित होने के निर्देश दिए थे। अब दूसरी बार जमानत याचिका खारिज होने से भट्ट दंपती की मुश्किलें और बढ़ गई हैं।

धोखाधड़ी मामले ने फिल्म इंडस्ट्री और व्यावसायिक जगत में चर्चा पैदा कर दी है। यह मामला फिल्म निर्माण के बड़े निवेश, कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पारदर्शिता और फंड उपयोग को लेकर गंभीर सवाल भी खड़ा करता है। पुलिस अब बाकी आरोपियों की तलाश तेज कर रही है, जबकि आगे की कानूनी लड़ाई हाईकोर्ट में जारी रहेगी।

उदयपुर कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद यह स्पष्ट हो गया है कि जांच पूरी होने तक विक्रम भट्ट और उनकी पत्नी के जेल से बाहर आने की संभावना सीमित है। अब सभी की निगाहें राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट पर होंगी।

Vikram Bhatt gets no relief in the Rs 30 crore fraud case; Udaipur court rejects his second bail application as well.

Bollywood director Vikram Bhatt and his wife Shwetambari Bhatt have once again been denied relief by the court in a case involving alleged fraud worth ₹30 crore. The Udaipur Women's Atrocities Court rejected their second bail application on Wednesday. The court clearly stated in its order that the arrest and questioning of other accused in the case are still pending, and therefore, granting bail at this stage would not be appropriate.

Earlier, the ACJM Court-4 had also rejected their first bail application. According to advocate Kamlesh Dave, after the rejection of the application, the case was moved to the Sessions Court, but the hearing was repeatedly postponed due to the judge being on leave. Finally, the hearing took place in the Women's Atrocities Court, and the second application was also rejected. The court stated that the allegations are serious and there is a possibility of witnesses being influenced. Furthermore, the case falls under Section 338 of the BNSS, which is a non-bailable offense.

The case came to light when Dr. Ajay Murdia, owner of Indira Group Companies, alleged that he had entered into a ₹42 crore contract with Vikram Bhatt for film production. Later, he suspected fraud and filed an FIR against Vikram Bhatt and eight others in Udaipur on November 17. Police have already arrested Bhatt's co-producer Mehboob Ansari and a fake vendor Sandeep from Mumbai in connection with this case.

Vikram Bhatt and Shwetambari Bhatt were taken into custody from their Mumbai residence on December 7. On December 9, both were produced before the Udaipur court and remanded to police custody. After the remand period ended, they were sent to judicial custody. Currently, both are in jail, and their only hope for relief now rests with the Rajasthan High Court. However, due to the High Court being on vacation, a hearing is unlikely until the new year.

Earlier, a hearing related to a stay on arrest was held in the Rajasthan High Court, where the court directed the IG, SP, and the investigating officer to be present. Now, with the rejection of the second bail application, the difficulties for the Bhatt couple have increased further.

The fraud case has generated considerable discussion in the film industry and business circles. This case also raises serious questions about large investments in film production, contract transparency, and the use of funds. The police are now intensifying their search for the remaining accused, while the further legal battle will continue in the High Court.

Following the Udaipur court's decision, it has become clear that Vikram Bhatt and his wife have limited chances of being released from jail until the investigation is complete. All eyes are now on the Rajasthan High Court.
