सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम के डाउन होने की जानकारी सामने आ रही है। दुनियाभर में फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम के यूजर्स ने प्लेटफॉर्म न चलने की शिकायत की है। लगभग 18 हजार से ज्यादा शिकायतें सामने आई है। यूजर्स को लॉगइन करने में परेशानी आ रही है। एक्सेस करने पर सिर्फ ब्लैंक पेज दिखाई दे रहा है। 

हालांकि, अभी तक मेटा की तरफ से कोई आधिकारिक बयान सामने नहीं आया है। मेटा के अधीन आने वाले फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम एक बार फिर ठप हो गया है। 59 फीसदी यूजर्स को एप के जरिए एक्सेस करने में परेशानी आ रही है। 34 फीसदी यूजर्स को एक्सेस करते वक्त सर्वर कनेक्शन की शिकायत आ रही है। वहीं, 7 फीसदी यूजर्स को लॉगइन करने में दिक्कत आ रही है। 

आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि फेसबुक में एक्सेस करने की परेशान बुधवार सुबह 7 बजे से आ रही है। इस दौरान वैश्विक स्तर पर यूजर्स के अकाउंट अपने आप ही लॉगआउट हो रहे हैं।
