बीकानेर: बिछवाल थाना क्षेत्र में हथियारबंद लोगों ने की जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश, मामला दर्ज

बीकानेर। बिछवाल थाना क्षेत्र में एक बार फिर ज़मीन विवाद का मामला हिंसक रूप ले चुका है। बासी सहज वरदान हुसंगसर निवासी जगदीश प्रसाद पुत्र भंवरलाल गुरिया ने आरोप लगाया है कि हथियारों से लैस होकर कई लोगों ने उसके खरीदशुदा बाड़े में जबरन घुसकर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की।

परिवादी ने पुलिस को बताया कि कालूसिंह, राजूसिंह, देवीसिंह, अनुपसिंह पुत्रगण विजयसिंह, करणीसिंह, समुन्द्रसिंह पुत्रगण हनुमानसिंह, शिवराजसिंह पुत्र रूपसिंह, दिलीपसिंह पुत्र बागसिंह, सभी निवासी ग्राम बासी सहज वरदान हुसंगसर तथा सुनीलसिंह पुत्र महावीरसिंह साखला, ओंकारसिंह पुत्र नारायणसिंह साखला, राजूराम कांजर, बबलूराम कांजर उर्फ बलदेव पुत्र दीपाराम कांजर, सभी ग्राम हुसंगसर निवासी, एक राय होकर हथियारों के साथ उसके बाड़े में पहुंचे।

परिवादी के अनुसार, आरोपियों के पास चौसंगी, कुल्हाड़ी, लाठियां और सरिए थे। उन्होंने उसके बाड़े में जबरन घुसकर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की और विरोध करने पर जातिसूचक गालियां दीं। यही नहीं, आरोपियों ने कींकर के हरे पेड़ काटकर उन्हें परिवादी के मकान के पश्चिम हिस्से में फेंक दिया।

जगदीश प्रसाद ने बताया कि जब उसने इसका विरोध किया, तो सभी आरोपियों ने धक्का-मुक्की की, उसकी कमीज की जेब फाड़ दी और धमकी दी कि “अगर तुमने इस जमीन में कदम रखा तो जान से मार देंगे।”

शोर मचने पर आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे, तब आरोपी यह कहते हुए वहां से चले गए कि “आज तो जा रहे हैं, लेकिन अगली बार जमीन पर कब्जा कर ही लेंगे, कानून हमारी जेब में है।”

सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और मामला दर्ज कर जांच की जिम्मेदारी धनाधिकारी गोविंद सिंह चारण को सौंपी। पुलिस अब पूरे प्रकरण की तफ्तीश कर रही है और सभी आरोपियों की भूमिका की जांच की जा रही है।

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के अनुसार, यह ज़मीन विवाद पिछले कई महीनों से चल रहा था और पहले भी इसमें झगड़े की नौबत आ चुकी है। इस बार आरोपियों के हथियार लेकर आने से माहौल तनावपूर्ण हो गया।

पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आरोप गंभीर हैं और मामले में सभी पहलुओं की जांच की जा रही है। दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Bikaner. A land dispute in the Bichhwal police station area has once again turned violent. Jagdish Prasad, son of Bhanwarlal Guriya, a resident of Basi Sahaj Vardan Husangsagar, has alleged that several armed men forcibly entered his purchased plot of land and attempted to seize it.

The complainant told the police that Kalusingh, Rajusingh, Devisingh, Anupsingh sons of Vijaysingh, Karnisingh, Samundrasingh sons of Hanumansingh, Shivrajsingh son of Rupsingh, Dilipsingh son of Bagsingh, all residents of village Basi Sahaj Vardan Husangsagar, and Sunilsingh son of Mahavirsingh Sakhla, Onkarsingh son of Narayansingh Sakhla, Rajuram Kanjar, Babluram Kanjar alias Baldev son of Deeparam Kanjar, all residents of village Husangsagar, together arrived at his plot of land armed with weapons.

According to the complainant, the accused were carrying axes, sticks, and iron rods. They forcibly entered his plot and attempted to seize it, and when he protested, they hurled casteist abuses at him. Furthermore, the accused cut down green Kikar trees and threw them in the western part of the complainant's house.

Jagdish Prasad stated that when he protested, all the accused pushed and shoved him, tore his shirt pocket, and threatened him, saying, "If you step on this land again, we will kill you."

Upon hearing the commotion, people from the surrounding area arrived at the spot, and the accused left saying, "We are leaving today, but next time we will definitely seize the land, the law is in our pocket."

Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the spot and registered a case, entrusting the investigation to Station House Officer Govind Singh Charan. The police are now investigating the entire incident and examining the role of all the accused.

According to local villagers, this land dispute had been ongoing for several months and had previously led to clashes. This time, the fact that the accused were carrying weapons heightened the tension.

Police officials stated that the allegations are serious and all aspects of the case are being investigated. Strict action will be taken against those found guilty.
