परिवादी, जो कि नाबालिग का पिता है, ने पुलिस को बताया कि 20 नवंबर को उनका बेटा मामा के घर पहुंचा था, लेकिन उसके बाद वह कहां गया—इस बारे में किसी को कोई जानकारी नहीं मिल पाई। परिजनों ने रिश्तेदारों, पड़ोसियों और आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में काफी खोजबीन की, लेकिन कोई सुराग हाथ नहीं लगा। इसी कारण पिता ने आशंका जताई है कि कोई अज्ञात व्यक्ति उसके बेटे को बहला-फुसलाकर ले गया हो सकता है।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए मुक्ताप्रसाद थाना पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज की है। पुलिस अधिकारी मामले की हर पहलू से जांच कर रहे हैं, ताकि नाबालिग की सुरक्षित तलाश की जा सके। थाना पुलिस द्वारा आसपास के CCTV फुटेज की तलाश, कॉल डिटेल एनालिसिस और स्थानीय स्रोतों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।
