राजस्थान में करप्ट सरकारी कर्मी और अधिकारियों के खिलाफ एसीबी की कार्रवाई लगातार जारी है. इसी कड़ी में अब एसीबी ने टोंक जिले की महिला थाने में तैनात एक एएसआई को 15 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है.

भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ जीरो टॉलरेंस का दावा करने वाली राजस्थान की भजनलाल सरकार लगातार भ्रष्टाचारियों पर शिकंजा कस रही है. करप्शन पर नकेल कसने वाली संस्था एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो लगातार प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जिलों में कार्रवाई करते हुए करप्ट सरकारी कर्मचारी और अधिकारियों को पकड़ रही है.
इसी कड़ी में शुक्रवार को टोंक जिले में एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ने एक बड़ी कार्रवाई को अंजाम दिया है. टोंक में एसीबी ने महिला थाने में तैनात एक एएसआई को 15 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया है. अब आरोपी घूसखोर पुलिस अधिकारी से पूछताछ के बाद उसके ठिकानों पर तलाशी की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी.
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार कोटा एसीबी की टीम ने टोंक में महिला थाने में तैनात सहायक उप निरीक्षक (ASI) को 15000 की रिश्वत लेते आज रंगे हाथों पकड़ा है. आरोपी ने परिवादी से परिवाद को निस्तारण करने की एवज में ₹20000 की रिश्वत मांगी थी जिस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए ₹15000 की रिश्वत लेते टोंक के महिला थाने में तैनात एएसआई शंकर लाल को कोटा एसीबी की टीम ने ट्रैप कर लिया.
20 हजार मांग रहा था घूस, 15 हजार पर माना
कार्रवाई के बारे में बताया गया कि मुख्यालय से मिले निर्देश के बाद कोटा एसीबी एडिशनल एसपी विजय स्वर्णकार के नेतृत्व में ट्रैप की गई. एडिशनल एसपी विजय स्वर्णकार ने बताया कि परिवादी की पत्नी द्वारा उसके और उसके परिवार के खिलाफ महिला थाना टोंक में परिवाद पेश किया गया था. इसके निस्तारण के लिए महिला थाने में तैनात सहायक उप निरीक्षक शंकर लाल द्वारा ₹20000 की राशि रिश्वत देने के लिए परेशान किया जा रहा था.
गिरफ्तार एएसआई के आवास पर सर्च जारी
परिवादी द्वारा कोटा एसीबी में शिकायत दर्ज करवाने के बाद सत्यापन किया गया. जिसमें परिवादी से ₹15000 लेने के लिए शंकर लाल सहमत हो गया और आज ट्रैप की कार्रवाई को अंजाम देकर आरोपी शंकर लाल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. एसीबी की टीम पकड़े गए एएसआई शंकर लाल के आवास पर भी सर्च की कार्रवाई कर रही है.

Big action by ACB, ASI of Mahila police station arrested red handed while taking bribe of Rs 15 thousand

According to the information received, the Kota ACB team has today caught the Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) posted at Mahila Police Station in Tonk red handed while taking a bribe of Rs 15000. The accused had asked for a bribe of ₹ 20,000 from the complainant in exchange for resolving the complaint, acting on which, Kota ACB team trapped ASI Shankar Lal, posted at Mahila police station of Tonk, while taking a bribe of ₹ 15,000.

Regarding the action, it was told that following the instructions received from the headquarters, the trap was conducted under the leadership of Kota ACB Additional SP Vijay Swarnkar. Additional SP Vijay Swarnakar said that a complaint was filed by the complainant's wife against him and his family in the women's police station Tonk. For its disposal, Assistant Sub Inspector Shankar Lal, posted in Mahila Police Station, was being harassed to pay a bribe of ₹ 20,000.
Search continues at the residence of arrested ASI
Verification was done after the complainant lodged a complaint with Kota ACB. In which Shankar Lal agreed to take ₹ 15000 from the complainant and today the accused Shankar Lal has been arrested by carrying out a trap operation. The ACB team is also conducting search operations at the residence of the arrested ASI Shankar Lal.
