बीकानेर। बज्जू उपखंड क्षेत्र के रणजीतपूरा पुलिस थाने में पुश्तैनी भूमि पर कब्जे, झोपड़ी तोड़ने और अनाज चोरी करने का मामला दर्ज हुआ है। कांधरली गांव निवासी उम्मेदसिंह पुत्र कुशालसिंह ने आरोपी मांगूसिंह के खिलाफ गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए लिखित शिकायत दी, जिसके आधार पर पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

शिकायत के अनुसार, कांधरली स्थित आबादी भूमि पर उम्मेदसिंह के नाम पुश्तैनी भूखंड है। इस भूखंड पर एक झोपड़ी बनी हुई थी, जिसमें खेती से जुड़े अनाज और आवश्यक सामान रखा जाता था। वर्तमान में उम्मेदसिंह अपने परिवार के साथ खेत पर रहकर कृषि कार्य कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान 1 नवंबर की रात आरोपी मांगूसिंह वहां पहुंचा और झोपड़ी में रखा ईसब, चना, डीएपी सहित अन्य सामान उठा ले गया।

शिकायतकर्ता ने बताया कि अगले दिन जब उन्हें इस घटना की जानकारी हुई, वे भूखंड पर पहुंचे तो देखा कि झोपड़ी पूरी तरह तोड़ दी गई थी। इसके साथ ही आरोपी ने पूरे भूखंड के चारों ओर लोहे की जालियों और टुकड़ों से तारबंदी कर कब्जा जमा लिया था। झोपड़ी के सामान का कोई पता नहीं था और आसपास पड़े खेजड़ी एवं किंकर के हरे पेड़ भी उखाड़कर फेंक दिए गए थे।

उम्मेदसिंह ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि जब उन्होंने आरोपी मांगूसिंह से पूछताछ की, तो उसने गालियां देते हुए जान से मारने की धमकी दी। इसके बाद पीड़ित ने रणजीतपूरा पुलिस से न्याय की मांग करते हुए रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई।

पुलिस ने परिवादी की शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी मांगूसिंह के खिलाफ बीएनएस की धारा 331(4), 305(ए) और 324(5) के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस अब भूखंड, तारबंदी, चोरी किए गए सामान और गवाहों से पूछताछ के आधार पर जांच में जुटी है।

ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि यह भूमि विवाद काफी समय से चल रहा था, लेकिन चोरी और झोपड़ी तोड़कर कब्जा करने की घटना के बाद तनाव बढ़ गया है। वहीं, पुलिस का कहना है कि रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है और मामले की जांच निष्पक्ष रूप से की जाएगी। यदि आरोप सही पाए जाते हैं, तो कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

इस घटना के बाद गांव में चर्चा है कि लगातार बढ़ते भूमि विवादों और कब्जों को लेकर प्रशासन को सख्त कदम उठाने चाहिए, ताकि कोई व्यक्ति इस तरह अवैध तरीके से जमीन पर कब्जा न कर सके। फिलहाल पुलिस की जांच का इंतजार है।

Occupation of ancestral plot Hut demolished grain stolen case registered against youth

Bikaner. A case has been registered at the Ranjitpura police station in the Bajju subdivision area for encroachment on ancestral land, demolition of a hut, and theft of grain. Ummed Singh, son of Kushal Singh, a resident of Kandharli village, filed a written complaint leveling serious allegations against the accused, Mangu Singh. Based on this complaint, the police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.

According to the complaint, Ummed Singh owns an ancestral plot of land on the inhabited land in Kandharli. A hut was built on this plot, which used to store grain and other essential items for farming. Currently, Ummed Singh was living on the farm with his family, working on the farm. Meanwhile, on the night of November 1st, the accused, Mangu Singh, arrived and stole the items stored in the hut, including Isab, gram, DAP, and other items.

The complainant stated that when he learned of the incident the next day, he arrived at the plot and found the hut completely demolished. Additionally, the accused had encroached upon the entire plot by fencing it with iron nets and pieces of wire. The contents of the hut were missing, and the green Khejri and Kinkar trees lying nearby had been uprooted and thrown away.

Ummed Singh also alleged that when he questioned the accused, Mangu Singh, he abused him and threatened to kill him. Following this, the victim filed a report with the Ranjitpura police, seeking justice.

Based on the complainant's complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused, Mangu Singh, under sections 331(4), 305(A), and 324(5) of the IPC. The police are now investigating the plot, the fencing, the stolen items, and interviewing witnesses.

Villagers say that this land dispute has been ongoing for a long time, but tensions have escalated following the theft and the demolition of the hut. Meanwhile, the police say that a report has been filed and the matter will be investigated impartially. If the allegations are found to be true, legal action will be taken.

Following this incident, there is talk in the village that the administration should take strict action against the increasing land disputes and encroachments, so that no one can illegally occupy land in this manner. The police investigation is currently awaited.
