रणजीतपुरा थाना क्षेत्र के चक 5 बीएसएम भूरासर में एक व्यक्ति की संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में हुई मौत का मामला अब गंभीर अपराध की दिशा में मोड़ ले चुका है। मृतक के भाई ने विस्तृत रिपोर्ट देकर उसकी पत्नी और पड़ोसी पर हत्या का आरोप लगाया है, जिसके बाद रणजीतपुरा थाना पुलिस ने धारा 103(1) और 3(5) बीएनएम 2023 के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

प्रार्थी हंसराज पुत्र हेतराम, निवासी चक 3 एमएसडी डाबला, रायसिंहनगर ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि उसका भाई बंशीलाल (55) पिछले कुछ समय से पारिवारिक तनाव से गुजर रहा था। हंसराज के अनुसार, मृतक की पत्नी मोनिका और पड़ोसी पृथ्वीराज उर्फ पृथ्वी के बीच अवैध संबंध थे, जिसके चलते परिवार में लगातार विवाद होते रहे। यह तनाव इतना बढ़ गया था कि मृतक ने खुद रणजीतपुरा पुलिस थाने में लिखित परिवाद देकर दोनों से जान का खतरा जताया था।

रिपोर्ट में उल्लेख है कि मृतक बंशीलाल ने पुलिस को यह भी बताया था कि यदि उसे कोई अनहोनी होती है तो इसके पीछे उसकी पत्नी और पड़ोसी जिम्मेदार होंगे। उस समय पुलिस ने आरोपी पृथ्वीराज को चेतावनी देते हुए उसके मृतक के घर आने पर पाबंदी भी लगा दी थी।

घटना से ठीक पहले 12 नवंबर की शाम पड़ोसी अनिल पुत्र कृष्णलाल ने कथित रूप से पृथ्वीराज को बंशीलाल के घर के अंदर जाते हुए देखा था। अनिल ने यह भी बताया कि घर से तेज आवाज में झगड़े की आवाजें आ रही थीं, लेकिन किसी पर झूठा आरोप लग जाने के डर से वह हस्तक्षेप करने नहीं गया।

प्रार्थी का आरोप है कि अवैध संबंधों के चलते दोनों ने मिलकर बंशीलाल की हत्या की और बाद में शव को फंदे पर लटकाकर आत्महत्या जैसा दिखाने की कोशिश की। परिजनों को घटना की जानकारी गांव के ही युवक जयपाल ने दी। जब परिवारजन मौके पर पहुंचे और आसपास पूछताछ की तो उन्हें कई संदिग्ध हालात नजर आए, जिससे हत्या की आशंका और मजबूत हो गई।

पुलिस ने प्रार्थी की रिपोर्ट पर दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर लिया है। प्रारंभिक जांच में कई बिंदुओं की पुष्टि की जा रही है, जिसमें मृतक द्वारा पहले दी गई शिकायतें, कथित अवैध संबंध, घटना से पहले का विवाद और फंदे की स्थिति शामिल है। पुलिस अब पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट और फोरेंसिक विवरण का इंतजार कर रही है ताकि यह तय किया जा सके कि यह आत्महत्या का मामला है या हत्या की सूक्ष्म साजिश।

रणजीतपुरा पुलिस पूरे मामले की गहराई से जांच कर रही है और आवश्यकतानुसार संदिग्धों से पूछताछ की जा रही है। घटना के बाद पूरे इलाके में दहशत और चर्चा का माहौल है, क्योंकि मृतक के पूर्व परिवाद और वर्तमान हालात इस मामले को और जटिल बनाते हैं।

The case of a man's death under suspicious circumstances in Chak 5 BSM Bhurasar, under the jurisdiction of the Ranjitpura police station, has now taken a serious turn towards a serious crime. The deceased's brother has filed a detailed report accusing his wife and neighbor of murder. Following this, the Ranjitpura police station has registered a case under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNM 2023 and initiated an investigation.

The applicant, Hansraj, son of Hetram, a resident of Chak 3 MSD Dabla, Raisinghnagar, stated in the report that his brother, Banshilal (55), had been experiencing family tension for some time. According to Hansraj, the deceased's wife, Monica, and neighbor, Prithviraj, alias Prithvi, had an illicit relationship, which led to frequent disputes within the family. This tension escalated to the point where the deceased himself filed a written complaint at the Ranjitpura police station, expressing a threat to his life from both of them.

The report states that the deceased Banshilal had also told the police that if anything untoward happened to him, his wife and neighbors would be responsible. At that time, the police warned the accused, Prithviraj, and banned him from visiting the deceased's house.

On the evening of November 12th, just before the incident, neighbor Anil, son of Krishnalal, allegedly saw Prithviraj entering Banshilal's house. Anil also stated that loud sounds of a quarrel were coming from the house, but he did not intervene for fear of being falsely accused.

The plaintiff alleges that the two conspirators murdered Banshilal due to an illicit relationship and later tried to make it look like a suicide by hanging the body. Jaipal, a young man from the same village, informed the family of the incident. When the family arrived at the scene and inquired around, they discovered several suspicious circumstances, which further strengthened the suspicion of murder.

The police have registered a case against both accused based on the plaintiff's report. Preliminary investigations are investigating several points, including previous complaints filed by the deceased, alleged illicit relationships, a dispute prior to the incident, and the location of the noose. Police are now awaiting the postmortem report and forensic details to determine whether this is a case of suicide or a deliberate murder.

Ranjitpura police are investigating the matter thoroughly and are questioning suspects as needed. Following the incident, panic and discussion have gripped the area, as the deceased's previous complaints and current circumstances further complicate the matter.
