पति की हत्या कर रेल पटरी पर फेंका शव, 6 साल बाद आया फैसला: पत्नी, बहनोई और एक साथी को आजीवन कारावास

बीकानेर के श्रीडूंगरगढ़ में एक युवक को पहले गला दबाकर मार दिया गया। इसके बाद उसकी लाश को पटरी पर फेंक दिया गया। रेल उसके ऊपर से गुजर गई और हत्या को आत्महत्या का मामला बताने का प्रयास किया गया। दो-तीन दिन तक तो इसे सुसाइड माना गया लेकिन बाद में मृतक के बड़े भाई ने इसे हत्या बताते हुए भाई की पत्नी सहित तीन के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कराया। पुलिस जांच में शक सही पाया गया और अब छह साल बाद श्रीडूंगरगढ़ एडीजे कोर्ट ने पत्नी सहित तीन जनों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुना दी है।

मामला 18 मार्च 2019 का है। महाराष्ट्र के अकोला में काम करने वाला सहीराम अपने घर आया हुआ था। शाम के वक्त वो गांव में डफ की थाप पर होने वाला नृत्य गींदड़ देखने बाहर निकल गया। देर रात तक वापस नहीं आया। सुबह उसका शव रेल पटरियों पर क्षत विक्षत अवस्था में मिला। पुलिस ने इसे सुसाइड केस मानते हुए मर्ग दर्ज कर ली। वहीं सहीराम के बड़े भाई को दो दिन बाद सहीराम की पत्नी पर शक हुआ और उसने पुलिस में हत्या का मामला दर्ज करा दिया। आरोप था कि मृतक की पत्नी इंद्रा ने अपने बहनोई शंकरलाल के साथ मिलकर सहीराम को मार दिया और बाद में शव को रेल पटरियों पर फेंका है।

पुलिस ने की जांच, पत्नी का नाम आया सामने

पुलिस की जांच में साबित हुआ कि न सिर्फ इंद्रा और शंकरलाल बल्कि उनके साथ एक अन्य रामेश्वर नामक युवक भी इस हत्याकांड में शामिल है। दरअसल, जब सहीराम गींदड़ देखने गया, तब शंकरलाल और रामेश्वर ही उसे अपने साथ बाइक पर ले गए थे। दूर ले जाकर शंकरलाल ओर रामेश्वर ने उसके गले में रस्सी डालकर मार दिया।

रस्सी इतनी जोर से खींची कि उसका दम घुट गया और मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने ये रस्सी भी बरामद कर ली। इसके बाद पास ही स्थित नारसीसर गांव से गुजर रही रेलवे लाइन पर उसका शव फैंक दिया। रेल गुजरी तो सहीराम का शव कई हिस्सों में कट गया। प्रथम दृष्टया सभी को आत्महत्या का मामला लगा लेकिन बाद में मदनलाल की एफआईआर पर पुलिस ने जांच की तो कई चौंकाने वाले तथ्य सामने आए।

दरअसल, इंद्रा और शंकरलाल के बीच अवैध संबंध थे। आमतौर पर सहीराम अकेला रहता था और इंद्रा श्रीडूंगरगढ़ में रहती थी। ऐसे में इंद्रा और शंकरलाल के बीच अवैध संबंध पनपते गए। दोनों ने बीच में से हटाने के लिए सहीराम को मार दिया गया।

The train passed over him and an attempt was made to portray the murder as a case of suicide. For two-three days it was considered a suicide but later the elder brother of the deceased called it a murder and filed a case against three people including the brother's wife. The suspicion was found correct in the police investigation and now after six years, the Sridungargarh ADJ Court has sentenced three people including the wife to life imprisonment.

The case is of 18 March 2019. Sahiram, who works in Akola, Maharashtra, had come to his home. In the evening, he went out to watch the dance Ghindar performed on the beats of the Daf in the village. He did not return till late night. In the morning his body was found in a mutilated state on the railway tracks. The police considered it a suicide case and registered a case. Two days later, Sahiram's elder brother suspected Sahiram's wife and lodged a murder case with the police. The allegation was that the deceased's wife Indra along with her brother-in-law Shankarlal killed Sahiram and later threw the body on the railway tracks.

Police investigated, wife's name came to the fore

Police investigation proved that not only Indra and Shankarlal but another youth named Rameshwar was also involved in this murder. Actually, when Sahiram went to see Ghindar, Shankarlal and Rameshwar took him with them on a bike. Shankarlal and Rameshwar took him far away and killed him by putting a rope around his neck.

The rope was pulled so hard that he suffocated and died. The police also recovered this rope. After this, his body was thrown on the railway line passing through the nearby Narsisar village. When the train passed, Sahiram's body was cut into many parts. At first glance, everyone thought it was a case of suicide but later when the police investigated Madanlal's FIR, many shocking facts came to light.

Actually, Indra and Shankarlal had an illicit relationship. Usually Sahiram lived alone and Indra lived in Sridungargarh. In such a situation, an illicit relationship developed between Indra and Shankarlal. Sahiram was killed to remove him from between the two.
