बीकानेर: आदर्श आचार संहिता के लागू होने से अब तक जिले में 4.25 करोड़ रुपए की सीजरियां की गईं हैं। इनमें कैश, ड्रग्स, शराब सहित अन्य सामग्रियाँ जब्त की गईं हैं। इन सभी पर एसएसटी और एफएसटी की नजर है। जिले में शराब की औसत बिक्री पर भी निर्वाचन विभाग की नजर रहेगी। निर्वाचन आयोग की ओर से नियुक्त व्यय पर्यवेक्षकों ने इस संबंध में निर्देश जारी किए हैं। लोकसभा आम चुनाव में प्रत्याशियों की व्यय सीमा पर निगरानी के लिए भारतीय राजस्व सेवा के अधिकारी अजीत कुमार और अंकुश शंभू एस को व्यय पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त किया गया है। 

इन दोनों ने गुरुवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी नम्रता वृष्णि, पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्विनी गौतम सहित विभिन्न बैंक, आयकर, कस्टम, रेलवे, आबकारी, जीएसटी, एयरपोर्ट सहित संबंधित विभागों के नोडल अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि छोटे से छोटे इनपुट पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करें। उन्होंने एसएसटी, वीडियो सर्विलेंस टीम, सुविधा पोर्टल सहित विभिन्न गतिविधियों के संबंध में जानकारी लेते हुए कहा कि सीजर करते समय दस्तावेजों की जांच जरूर करें। किसानों, व्यापारियों सहित अन्य लोगों के पास मिलने वाली नकद राशि के बिल आदि का समुचित विवरण जांचने के बाद ही कार्रवाई की जाए।

जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी नम्रता वृष्णि ने बताया कि जिले में फ्लाइंग स्क्वायड और एसपी तेजस्वनी गौतम ने सीजर की कार्यवाही की जानकारी दी। बैठक में सीईओ जिला परिषद सोहनलाल, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी दुलीचंद मीणा सहित अन्य संबंधित एजेंसियों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

कमेटी को सात दिन के अंदर फैसला करने के आदेश सीज किए गए नकद, मूल्यवान धातु आदि की अपील के संबंध में गठित कमेटी को 7 दिन में फैसला करने को कहा गया है। व्यय पर्यवेक्षकों ने रेलवे पुलिस, एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी आदि द्वारा की जा रही कार्रवाई की भी जानकारी ली गई। अजीत कुमार ने बैंक द्वारा समुचित तरीके से एसटीआर जारी करने का आदेश दिया और इस डेटा को संबंधित एजेंसियों के साथ समय पर साझा करने का निर्देश दिया। अधिकाधिक रकम के ट्रांजेक्शन पर बैंक को आयकर विभाग को सूचित करने का निर्देश दिया गया और इसके अलावा दस लाख से अधिक के ट्रांजेक्शन पर तुरंत आईटी विभाग को सूचना देने के लिए लीड बैंक अधिकारियों को पाबंद किया गया।

Bikaner: Since the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct, surgeries worth Rs 4.25 crore have been done in the district. Cash, drugs, liquor and other materials have been seized. SST and FST are keeping an eye on all these. The Election Department will also keep an eye on the average sale of liquor in the district. Expenditure observers appointed by the Election Commission have issued instructions in this regard. Indian Revenue Service officers Ajit Kumar and Ankush Shambhu S have been appointed as expenditure observers to monitor the expenditure limit of candidates in the Lok Sabha general elections.

Both of them held a meeting with District Election Officer Namrata Vrishni, Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam along with nodal officers of various related departments including Bank, Income Tax, Customs, Railways, Excise, GST, Airport in the Collectorate Auditorium on Thursday. He said that prompt action should be taken on even the smallest inputs. While taking information regarding various activities including SST, Video Surveillance Team, Suvidha Portal, he said that the documents must be checked while conducting the seizure. Action should be taken only after checking proper details of cash bills etc. received from farmers, traders and other people.

District Election Officer Namrata Vrishni said that the Flying Squad and SP Tejaswani Gautam in the district informed about the seizure proceedings. CEO District Council Sohanlal, Deputy District Election Officer Dulichand Meena and officials of other related agencies were present in the meeting.

The committee has been ordered to take a decision within seven days. The committee formed regarding the appeal of seized cash, valuable metals etc. has been asked to take a decision within seven days. Expenditure observers also took information about the action being taken by Railway Police, Airport Authority etc. Ajit Kumar ordered for proper issuance of STR by the bank and directed to share this data with the concerned agencies in a timely manner. The bank was directed to inform the Income Tax Department on transactions of more than Rs 10 lakh and the lead bank officials were mandated to immediately inform the IT department on transactions of more than Rs 10 lakh.
