बीकानेर: नाबालिग लड़की का अपहरण और दुष्कर्म, आरोपी सिक्किम से गिरफ्तार

बीकानेर, 5 जून 2025 – बीकानेर के नोखा थाना क्षेत्र में नाबालिग लड़की के अपहरण और दुष्कर्म के मामले में मुख्य आरोपी रामस्वरूप भार्गव को पुलिस ने सिक्किम के गंगटोक से गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

घटना का विवरण
आरोपी रामस्वरूप भार्गव नोखा के सामुदायिक भवन के पास का निवासी है। उसने नाबालिग लड़की को बहला-फुसलाकर अपहरण कर लिया और उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई
पीड़िता के परिवार की शिकायत पर बीकानेर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की। बीकानेर रेंज के आईजी ओमप्रकाश और एसपी कावेंद्रसिंह सागर के निर्देश पर विशेष पुलिस टीम का गठन हुआ। अतिरिक्त एसपी ग्रामीण कैलाश सिंह सांदू और सीओ हिमांशु शर्मा के सुपरविजन में थानाधिकारी अमित कुमार की टीम ने तकनीकी और मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर आरोपी का पीछा किया।

2000 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय कर गिरफ्तारी
आरोपी नोखा से फरार होकर हरिद्वार, ऋषिकेश, दिल्ली, जलपाईगुड़ी, सिलीगुड़ी होते हुए सिक्किम के गंगटोक पहुंचा। पुलिस टीम ने करीब 2000 किमी का सफर तय कर आरोपी को गंगटोक से गिरफ्तार किया।

पॉक्सो एक्ट में मामला दर्ज
पुलिस ने आरोपी रामस्वरूप भार्गव के खिलाफ पॉक्सो एक्ट और अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है और विस्तृत जांच की जा रही है।

Arrested after travelling a distance of 2000 km
The accused escaped from Nokha and reached Gangtok in Sikkim via Haridwar, Rishikesh, Delhi, Jalpaiguri, Siliguri. The police team travelled about 2000 km and arrested the accused from Gangtok.

Case registered under POCSO Act
The police have registered a case against the accused Ramswaroop Bhargava under POCSO Act and other sections. Interrogation of the accused is going on and detailed investigation is being done.
