बीकानेर: शहर में आपराधिक घटनाएं लगातार बढ़ रही हैं और इसी कड़ी में भुट्टों का बास में एक महिला के साथ चाकू की नोक पर लूट की वारदात सामने आई है। पीड़िता नूरजहां बानो पत्नी फिरोज खां ने सदर पुलिस थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है, जिसमें दो सगे भाइयों पर पर्स और सोने का मंगलसूत्र लूटने का आरोप लगाया है।

घटना 13 नवंबर की बताई जा रही है। पीड़िता के अनुसार, वह एम.एस. गर्ल्स हॉस्टल के पीछे वाले क्षेत्र से गुजर रही थी, तभी भुट्टों का बास निवासी नोईन खान उर्फ ढिल्लू और उसका भाई सोहन खान उर्फ लक्की, दोनों पुत्र सलीम खान, उसके सामने आ गए।

आरोपियों ने पहले उसे रास्ते में रोककर डराना-धमकाना शुरू किया और अचानक चाकू दिखाकर उस पर हमला करने की कोशिश की। पीड़िता ने बताया कि दोनों भाइयों ने चाकू की नोक पर उसे धमकाते हुए उसका पर्स झपट्टा मारकर छीन लिया।

लूट की वारदात यहीं नहीं रुकी—महिला के अनुसार, उसके गले में पहना हुआ कीमती सोने का मंगलसूत्र भी दोनों आरोपी तोड़कर ले गए और मौके से भाग निकले।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि पर्स में 3700 रुपये नकद, कुछ जरूरी दस्तावेज और अन्य सामान था। वहीं मंगलसूत्र की कीमत भी काफी अधिक आंकी जा रही है। घटना के बाद महिला डरी-सहमी हालत में घर पहुंची और परिजनों के साथ जाकर सदर पुलिस थाने में शिकायत दी।

पुलिस ने महिला की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर दोनों आरोपियों—नोईन खान और सोहन खान—के खिलाफ लूट, धमकी और हथियार से डराने की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। मामले की जांच हेड कांस्टेबल राकेश को सौंपी गई है।

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि घटना गंभीर है और आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए टीमें गठित कर दी गई हैं। आसपास के क्षेत्र के CCTV कैमरों की फुटेज भी खंगाली जा रही है ताकि आरोपियों की गतिविधियों का सुराग मिल सके।

इस घटना से स्थानीय लोगों में दहशत फैल गई है। राहगीरों और महिलाओं ने कहा कि भुट्टों का बास और एम.एस. गर्ल्स हॉस्टल क्षेत्र में हाल ही में आपराधिक गतिविधियाँ बढ़ी हैं तथा रात के समय सुरक्षा बेहद कमजोर है।

पुलिस ने आश्वासन दिया है कि जल्द ही आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Bikaner: Woman robbed at knifepoint – case filed against two brothers, police investigation begins

Bikaner: Criminal incidents are steadily increasing in the city, and in this context, a woman in Bhutton Ka Bas has been robbed at knifepoint. The victim, Noorjahan Bano, wife of Firoz Khan, has filed a report at the Sadar police station, accusing two brothers of robbing her purse and gold mangalsutra.

The incident is said to have taken place on November 13th. According to the victim, she was passing through the area behind the MS Girls Hostel when Noin Khan alias Dhillu and his brother Sohan Khan alias Lucky, both sons of Salim Khan, approached her.

The accused first stopped her on the road and began threatening her, then suddenly brandished a knife and attempted to attack her. The victim stated that the two brothers, threatening her at knifepoint, snatched her purse.

The robbery didn't stop there—according to the woman, the two accused also snatched the precious gold mangalsutra she was wearing around her neck and fled the scene.

The victim stated that the purse contained ₹3,700 in cash, some important documents, and other items. The mangalsutra is also estimated to be worth a considerable amount. After the incident, the woman returned home in a frightened state and, along with her family, filed a complaint at the Sadar police station.

Based on the woman's report, the police have registered a case against the two accused—Noin Khan and Sohan Khan—under sections of robbery, intimidation, and threatening with a weapon. The investigation of the case has been assigned to Head Constable Rakesh.

Police officials say the incident is serious and teams have been formed to apprehend the accused. CCTV footage from the surrounding area is also being examined to gain clues about the accused's activities.

The incident has spread panic among the local population. Passersby and women said that criminal activity has recently increased in the Bhutton Ka Bas and MS Girls Hostel areas, and security is extremely poor at night.

The police have assured that the accused will be arrested soon and strict action will be taken.
