बीकानेर। सदर थाना क्षेत्र में देर रात एक युवक के साथ मारपीट कर रुपये लूटने और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में सुभाषपुरा निवासी मोहम्मद सोफिन पुत्र मोहम्मद इब्राहिम ने पुलिस में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है।
प्रार्थी ने बताया कि घटना 19 दिसंबर की रात करीब 8:30 से 9 बजे के बीच हुई, जब वह कुचीलपुरा से मोटरसाइकिल पर पुरानी गिन्नाणी स्थित रामदेव मंदिर के पास से गुजर रहा था। इसी दौरान दो मोटरसाइकिलों पर आए चार युवकों ने उसकी बाइक को आगे लगाकर रास्ता रोक लिया।
रिपोर्ट के अनुसार आरोपियों में नवाब निवासी रामपुरा गली नं. 12, शाहरुख पुत्र मोहम्मद रजाक निवासी नाइयों की मस्जिद क्षेत्र सहित दो और अज्ञात युवक शामिल थे। पीड़ित ने आरोप लगाया कि हमलावरों ने पहले गाली-गलौच की और फिर लोहे की पंच व एक्सल से उस पर हमला किया। वारदात में उसके चेहरे और पसलियों पर गंभीर चोटें आईं।
हमले के बाद आरोपी उसकी जेब में रखी 15,000 रुपये से अधिक की राशि लूटकर ले गए और विरोध करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी देकर मौके से फरार हो गए। घायल युवक किसी तरह मौके से निकलकर थाने पहुंचा और शिकायत दर्ज करवाई।
पीड़ित ने यह भी बताया कि उसी समूह द्वारा पहले भी दो-तीन बार उसके और उसके भाई पर हमले की कोशिश की जा चुकी है, जिसकी शिकायत थाना सदर में दी गई थी लेकिन कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। इस बार हमलावरों ने सीधा हमला और लूट को अंजाम दिया।
रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद सदर पुलिस ने चिकित्सीय परीक्षण, चोटों की पुष्टि और बयान के आधार पर प्रकरण दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मामले की जांच एएसआई शिवकुमार को सौंपी गई है। पुलिस आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी हुई है और जल्द गिरफ्तारी की बात कही जा रही है।
यह घटना शहर में सुरक्षा और असामाजिक तत्वों की सक्रियता को लेकर चिंता बढ़ाती है। खासकर व्यस्त क्षेत्रों एवं मंदिर मार्ग पर रात में इस तरह की वारदात होना पुलिस व्यवस्था पर सवाल भी खड़ा करता है।
स्थानीय लोगों का मानना है कि ऐसे मामलों में त्वरित कार्रवाई और निगरानी बढ़ाना जरूरी है ताकि दोहराव रोका जा सके। पुलिस टीम मोबाइल लोकेशन, सीसीटीवी फुटेज और आस-पास की जानकारी के आधार पर आरोपियों की पहचान और गिरफ्तारी की दिशा में काम कर रही है।

The complainant stated that the incident occurred on the night of December 19th, between approximately 8:30 and 9:00 PM, when he was passing by the Ramdev Temple near Purani Ginnani on his motorcycle, coming from Kuchilpura. At that time, four young men on two motorcycles blocked his path.
According to the report, the accused included Nawab, a resident of Rampura, Lane No. 12, Shahrukh, son of Mohammad Razak, a resident of Naiyon Ki Masjid area, and two other unknown youths. The victim alleged that the attackers first verbally abused him and then attacked him with an iron punch and an axle. He sustained serious injuries to his face and ribs in the attack.
After the attack, the accused looted more than Rs. 15,000 from his pockets and fled the scene after threatening to kill him if he resisted. The injured young man somehow managed to reach the police station and filed a complaint.
The victim also stated that the same group had previously attempted to attack him and his brother two or three times, and a complaint had been filed at the Sadar police station, but no action was taken. This time, the attackers carried out a direct assault and robbery.
After receiving the report, the Sadar police registered a case based on the medical examination, confirmation of injuries, and the victim's statement, and have initiated an investigation. The case has been assigned to ASI Shivkumar. The police are searching for the accused and are confident of making arrests soon.
This incident raises concerns about security in the city and the activity of anti-social elements. Such incidents occurring at night, especially in busy areas and near temples, also raise questions about the effectiveness of the police system.
Local residents believe that swift action and increased surveillance are necessary in such cases to prevent recurrence. The police team is working to identify and apprehend the accused based on mobile location data, CCTV footage, and information from the surrounding area.
