वकील की पत्नी से रेप कर बनाया वीडियो, ब्लैकमेल कर धर्म परिवर्तन करने का बना रहा दबाव

कुशलगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र में महिला से रेप का मामला सामने आया है. बांसवाड़ा के एक तांत्रिक सहित 5 लोगों के खिलाफ केस दर्ज हुआ है. रेप, अश्लील वीडियो बनाने, निकाह का दबाव बनने और धर्म परिवर्तन कराने का दबाव बनाने का केस हुआ है. पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है. 

होटल में नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर किया रेप 
महिला ने रिपोर्ट में बताया कि मुख्य आरोपी रशीद मकरानी किराए पर कार चलाता है. वह उसकी कार में किसी काम से दो बार कहीं गई थी. इस दौरान रशीद ने महिला को अपने चंगुल में फंसा लिया. तीसरी बार डॉक्टर को दिखाने बांसवाड़ा से उसकी कार में गुजरात गई तो नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर एक होटल में ले गया. वहां पर उसके साथ रेप किया. 

अश्लील वीडियो बनाकर करने लगा ब्लैकमेल 
होटल में रशीद के साथियों आरोपी का जीजा रसीद, वसीम और मडू आदि ने रेप के दौरान फोटो वीडियो बना लिए. इसके बाद फोटो वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल करने की धमकी देकर आरोपी पति की गैर मौजूदगी में घर आकर रेप करता रहा. पिछले साल 31 दिसंबर और 1 जनवरी को भी उसने रेप किया. 

पति की हत्या की रच रहा था साजिश 
महिला के पति को पत्नी के मोबाइल पर आपत्तिजनक वीडियो फोटो देखे तो उसने पत्नी से पूरी जानकारी ली. उसने उसको ब्लैकमेल किए जाने की बात बता दी. महिला ने आरोप लगाया कि आरोपी रशीद तांत्रिक के साथ मिलकर उसके पति की हत्या करने की साजिश रच रहा था.

धर्म परिवर्तन का बना रहा था दबाव 
अपने जीजा रसीद को उसने पहचान के लिए महिला के पति को फोटो भी भेजे थे. साजिश में बांसवाड़ा एक तांत्रिक को भी शामिल किया था, वह तांत्रिक के जरिए हत्या कराना चाहते थे. महिला को आरोपी ने धर्म परिवर्तन की धमकी दी. कहा कि ऐसा नहीं किया तो पति की हत्या कर देंगे. साथ ही कहा कि धर्म परिवर्तन के बाद मैं निकाह कर लूंगा और तेरी बेटियों का निकाह भी अच्छे घरों में कराऊंगा.

Raped after giving intoxicants in hotel 
The woman told in the report that the main accused Rashid Makrani drives a car on rent. She had gone somewhere in his car twice for some work. During this, Rashid trapped the woman in his clutches. For the third time, when she went to Gujarat in his car from Banswara to see a doctor, he drugged her and took her to a hotel. Raped her there. 

Started blackmailing by making obscene videos 
In the hotel, Rasheed's associates, the accused's brother-in-law Rasheed, Wasim and Madu etc. made photo videos during the rape. After this, after threatening to make the photo and video viral on social media, the accused came home and kept raping her in the absence of her husband. Last year he also raped her on 31st December and 1st January. 

Was plotting to murder her husband 
When the woman's husband saw objectionable video photos on his wife's mobile, he took complete information from the wife. He told her about being blackmailed. The woman alleged that the accused Rashid was conspiring with the Tantrik to murder her husband.

There was pressure to convert 
He had also sent photographs to his brother-in-law Rashid to the woman's husband for identification. A Tantrik from Banswara was also involved in the conspiracy, he wanted to get the murder done through a Tantrik. The accused threatened the woman to convert to religion. Said that if she did not do so, she would kill her husband. He also said that after religious conversion, I will get married and will also get your daughters married in good houses.
