बिना फूड लाइसेंस चल रही थी फैक्ट्री, 3200 किलो वेजिटेबल सॉस नष्ट करवाया

चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से मिलावट के खिलाफ निरंतर अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त इकबाल खान के निर्देशन में शनिवार को कानोता क्षेत्र में कार्रवाई कर 3200 किलो वेजिटेबल सॉस नष्ट करवाया गया।

अतिरिक्त आयुक्त पंकज ओझा ने बताया कि जयपुर द्वितीय क्षेत्र के खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारियों की टीम ने गौरव धारा कॉलोनी, कानोता स्थित मैसर्स रिद्धि सिद्धि इंडस्ट्रीज के कारखाने पर छापा मारा गया। यहां 3200 किलो वेजिटेबल सॉस लगभग 25 प्लास्टिक के ड्रमॊ में रखा पाया गया। यह सॉस कद्दू के पल्प से तैयार किया गया था। इसमें घटिया एवं अखाद्य रंग मिलाकर सॉस तैयार किया जा रहा था। इस सॉस की 900 ग्राम की पैकिंग का मूल्य मात्र 25 रुपए था, जबकि बाजार में ब्रांडेड कंपनियों की सॉस की बोतल की कीमत इससे काफी अधिक है।

फैक्ट्री में साफ सफाई की स्थिति भी ठीक नहीं पाई गई। मौके पर ना तो फूड लाइसेंस पाया गया और ना ही किसी कर्मी का मेडिकल फिटनेस और ना ही पानी की जांच रिपोर्ट पाई गई। मौके पर इस वेजिटेबल सॉस का खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम 2006 के अंतर्गत नमूना लेने के पश्चात समस्त माल को मौके पर ही नष्ट करवाया गया। कार्रवाई में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी दीपक कुमार सिंधी, रमेश चंद यादव, नन्दकिशोर कुमावत व राजेश कुमार नागर शामिल रहे।

The Medical and Health Department is continuously running a campaign against adulteration. Under the direction of Food Safety Commissioner Iqbal Khan, action was taken in Kanota area on Saturday and 3200 kg of vegetable sauce was destroyed.

Additional Commissioner Pankaj Ojha said that the team of Food Safety Officers of Jaipur II region raided the factory of M/s Riddhi Siddhi Industries located in Gaurav Dhara Colony, Kanota. Here 3200 kg of vegetable sauce was found kept in about 25 plastic drums. This sauce was prepared from pumpkin pulp. The sauce was being prepared by adding substandard and inedible color to it. The price of a 900 gram packing of this sauce was only Rs 25, whereas the price of a bottle of sauce of branded companies in the market is much higher than this.

The cleanliness in the factory was also not found to be good. Neither the food license was found on the spot nor the medical fitness of any worker nor the water test report was found. After taking a sample of this vegetable sauce on the spot under the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, all the goods were destroyed on the spot. Food Safety Officers Deepak Kumar Sindhi, Ramesh Chand Yadav, Nandkishore Kumawat and Rajesh Kumar Nagar were involved in the action.
